Location of arrest:  Old Las Vegas Highway mm 6, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Gabriel Pacheco, age 19, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container

Suspect was located in his vehicle passed out.  The vehicle was in gear and the driver had his foot on the brake.  Driver was found to be intoxicated and showed signs of impairment while given the SFST's.  Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act in which he agreed to be tested.  A blood sample was given and results are pending.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  The driver had an open bottle of Vodka in the vehicle.

Suspect: Joe Trujillo       Age: 27       Albuquerque

Joe Trujillo was arrested for DWI after being stopped for careless driving on Rodeo Road near Richards Ave.  Trujillo was found to be impaired and has a revoked license for a prior DWI conviction.

Location: State Road 14, mm 33

Arrested: Joseph Readmond, age 40, Santa Fe, NM

Above suspect was arrested after being tracked on radar traveling 106mph on State Road 14 and evading Deputies as they tried to conduct a traffic stop.  The suspect was later stopped and arrested without incident.  He was booked and charged accordingly.

Sometime on December 18, 2007, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the victim's residence and stole several wrapped Christmas gifts from under a Christmas tree.  No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Arrested: Claudia Sanchez, age 64, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: 63 year old female

On 12/18/07, Deputies conducted a welfare check of the victim's residence and found her laying on the ground with injuries to her face and eye.  Upon further investigation and interviews, Deputies determined there was probable cause she was battered by her sister, Claudia Sanchez.  Ms. Sanches was placed under arrest and taken into custody.  She was booked and charged accordingly.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, No insurance, Driver to be licensed

Suspect was reported as a drunk driver. Deputy located suspect driving a 1995 Suzuki SUV south on NM 14 near Goldmine Rd. Suspect was found to be intoxicated, arrested, and refused to take a breath test. Suspect booked and charged accordingly

Victim reported that sometime between  9:00pm on 12/16/07 and 7;00am on 12/17/07, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY GAINED ENTRY TO A 1990 Chevy Astrovan, by breaking a back door window. Suspect(s) stole 2 Graco brand paint guns, valued at $3,000.00.

Suspect/arrested: Jason Youngbuck- 3313 James St age 44

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving, Open Container, No insurance, No drivers license.

Suspect caused a motor vehicle crash on the E. Frontage Rd, and was found to be intoxicated. Suspect failed Sobriety tests, was arrested, and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 3;00pm on 12/14/07 and 7:30am on 12/17/07, unknown person(s) unlawfully gained entry to a 1992 Chevy Cavalier, by throwing a rock and breaking the driver side door window. Suspect(s) stole misc hand tools, valued at $50.00.

Location: Airport Road/Cerrillos Road  Arrested: Cesar Morales DOB: 5/16/86

Charges:  DWI

Above driver was stopped after a traffic violation.  Upon contact with driver the deputy noted several signs of intoxication.  Driver was arrested for DWI.  Driver submitted to a breath test that yielded a .14% BAC.
