On Dec. 17, 2007 the above Deputy responded to a residence at the above location in reference to a child abuse case involving a 17 year old female.  CYFD was contacted and took custody of the female juvenile pending further investigation into this matter.

Charges:  Battery Against A Household Member

Above subject was involved in a domestic disturbance with his ex-girlfriend which ensued into a physical altercation.  Above subject poked his ex-girlfriend in the face with his finger and pulled her hair.  Subject was located in his residence highly intoxicated and was placed into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention center on the above charge.

The suspect was stopped for not having a wood cutting permit tag posted on the wood he was hauling from one of forest roads in the county. During the stop it was discovered that he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On the above date the suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. After doing a drivers license inquiry it was discovered that his drivers license was revoked. The suspect was placed under arreast and booked accordingly.

Deputy responded to a domestic dispute in which suspect struck his 85 yr old father over the back with a broom stick, because of an arguement between suspect and his mother. Suspect was located, arrested, and charged accordingly. Victim sustained a small welt/bump.

Sometime between 8:00pm on 12/12/07 and 7:30am on 12/13/07, unknown suspect BURGLARIZED 5 unlocked vehicles. A Walther 9mm semi-auto pistol and Magelen GPS unit valued at $800.00 was taken from one of the vehicles. Nothing was taken from the other vehicles. Investigation continues.
