On 1-5-2008 at 9:30 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location at 44 miles per hour in a posted 30 mile per hour zone. The suspect failed to bring the vehicle to a stop when given a signal to do so. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. There is no driver's license on file for the suspect and the vehicle registration expired 11-30-2007.

Victim reported that sometime betwwen 0730 and 2145 hours on 1/3/08 some unknown person(s) burglarized his residence and stole 2 TV's, a DVD player, table lamps, and 4 bottles of wine. Unknown person(s) gained entry possibly through a front door. Damage was made to the small window. Estimated amount of items taken is $2600.00.

Sometime between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on January 3, 2008, unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the victim's residence and stole miscellaneous jewelry, change, and power tools. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Deputies responded to a report of three males leaving a residence carrying a television. CID responded as well and detained one of the males, who was then by himself. He was later arrested after probable cause was found that he was involved in a burglary at the above location. The said residence had been forcibly entered and a television and lapton were stolen from inside. CID assumed the investigation at that point.

victim reported that she was ciminally penetrated by a male individual approamately one month ago. Case is under investigation.

On this date a male individual was found deceased in his residence. It appears the individual died of natural causes.

Victim reported that while staying at the KOA Campground they had been utilizing the restroom/shower facilities. After using the facilities earlier in the morning he observed a grey in color video camera installed in the skylight. Victim advised that his 13-year old son had also used the facilities. Management of the KOA advised that vandalizm had been occuring recently and decided to install the camera to capture vandals. The camera was removed immediately.

Between 01/01 and 01/02/2008 unknown persons unlawfully entered a tractor trailer at the above location and took various construction tools and a red generator. The exterior of the trailer was then spray painted with graffiti.
