Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a domestic dispute. During the investigation, it was determined that physical contact occurred during an argument.

On Monday June 22, 2020, Deputies responded to the listed location in regards to a larceny.  Victim reported someone stole his TREK bicycle sometime between 8pm (6/21/22) to  8am (6/22/20) from the outside of his RV.  There is no suspect information at this time.

Female / 57yof / Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a medical assist. Deputies observed the female in the living room where life safe procedures were administered by medical staff but to no avail. There were no signs of foul play. OMI was called to process the incident.   

2020009188 / Distribution fo a Controlled Substance / 6/20/2020

Arrested: Christina Sandoval / 46yof / Santa Fe, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the area in reference to a female that was not welcomed. Suspect was located and arrested for a warrant. Controlled Substance was found on her person. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

2020009238 / Aggravated Fleeing / 6/21/2020

Arrested: Armando Jimenez / 23yom / Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed performing a traffic violation. The Deputy attempted to stop the suspect but the suspect did not stop. Suspect was located and arrested. Suspect was booked accordingly.

On Sunday, June 21st, 2020 deputies made contact with the above victim who reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful access to her bank account and withdrew $1,238.00.  This case remains under investigation.

2020009134 DWI 6/19/20

Suspect: Christopher Cruze /Age: 32

Charges: DWI

On 6/19/20, Deputies were dispatched to a male individual who was unconscious sitting in the driver’s seat of a black 2001 Chevy Impala. Driver appeared to be impaired. Driver completed SFST’s and performed the SFST’s poorly. Driver consent to a blood draw, pending results. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

2020009148 Driving on a revoked license, Improper equipment 6/19/20

Charges: Driving on a revoked license, improper equipment

On 6/19/20, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Buick Enclave in the 3000 block of Agua Fria for driving with no head light. Contact was made with the driver. Driver was ran through NCIC/MVD, which revealed the driver was driving on a revoked license. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

2020009083 Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, resisting evading 6/18/20

Suspect: Joe Herrera /Age: 41

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, resisting evading

On June 18, 2020, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) was responded to 18 Calle Joncito in reference to a domestic disturbance. While in route BIA was notified the suspect left the residence in a motor vehicle. BIA observed a vehicle matching the description provided and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. BIA told deputies that the vehicle failed to stop and attempted to evade law enforcement. BIA said the vehicle came to a stop and the suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot. Suspect was tased and placed under arrest it was learned by BIA that the suspect was non-native. Suspect was found to have heroin in possession. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

2020009091 Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, cocaine 6/19/20

Location: 1924 Case Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Suspect: Hugo Alan Portillo-Diaz /Age: 22

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, cocaine

On June 19, 2020, Deputies made contact with a black in color Ford Mustang in front of 1924 Case Road, Santa Fe, NM. The vehicle was called in as a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with 4 occupants inside the vehicle. The occupants were asked to exit the vehicle. When the suspect exited the vehicle from the left rear seat found on the seat were small bags of cocaine, heroin and alprazolam. Also found under the seat was a loaded 9mm handgun. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.
