On Friday, June 12th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny.  The investigation found that unknown suspect(s) stole the above items.  Case is under investigation.

0220008684 / Aggravated DWI / 6-11-2020

Suspect: Anthony Salas

Deputies were dispatched to the listed address in reference to an intoxicated male attempting to drive away from the location.  Contact was made with the suspect who showed signs of impairment.  SFST's were conducted and further signs of impairment were observed.  Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  The investigation revealed the suspect tore a door from the hinges and threw it at the victim.  Suspect was arrested on the listed charges and booked accordingly.

Suspects: Ricardo Ornelas / Age: 39

Charge(s): Driving while license revoked, Concealing identity, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: methamphetamine

On June 10, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white 2012 Chevy Silverado. Contact was made with the driver/suspect who concealed his true identity. Deputies had knowledge of the driver/suspect’s true identity and confirmed the driver/suspect was driving on a revoked license. The driver/suspect was also found to have methamphetamine in his possession. The driver/suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Suspects: Darin Sapcutt / Age: 29

Charge(s): Criminal damage to property

On June 9, 2020, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Detention Facility. It was reported that the suspect kicked and shattered a glass window in one of the pods. Suspect admitted to kicking the glass window, however did not indicate a particular reason why. The suspect was re-booked for criminal damage to property. The damage to the window was estimated at $1,500.00.

Suspects: Mollie Burnam / Age: 30

Charge(s): Battery against a household member

On June 9, 2020, Deputies made contact with two females parked near the Santa Fe River off of Paseo De River. It was learned the suspect and her girlfriend where hiking and drinking. While traveling in their vehicle the suspect struck her girlfriend in the face causing her nose to bleed. Suspect was placed under arrest for battery against a household member and transported to ADC.

Suspect: Kaylene Sherwood

Deputies responded to the Adult Detention Center where it was learned the above listed inmate was found in possession of heroin.  Suspect was rebooked accordingly.

Location: Avenida De Amistad/Avenida Del Monte Alto, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Margaret Long 64 YOF

On Monday, June 8th, 2020 deputies observed above individual commit a traffic offense.  A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned that the individual's New Mexico driver's license was revoked, with the arrest clause.  The individual was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Ashley Martinez 27 yof Espanola, NM

Suspect was observed failing to stop at a posted stop sign. During the traffic stop, it was determined that the suspect's driver's license was revoked with an arrest clause. Suspect was booked without further incident.

Stolen: 2015 Maxi Utility Trailer (NM/42760TRT)

             2015 Polaris Razor (NM/OHV1457) Blue in Color

On Saturday, June 6th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto theft.  The investigation determined unknown suspect(s) had stolen the above vehicles from the location.  This occurred between 10:00 pm on June 5th and 4:00 am on June 6th.  Both vehicles were entered into NCIC as stolen. Suspect information is pending.
