0220008391/Battery on a Household Member/06-07-2020

Deputy Assigned: R. Weber

Commander Entering: Cpl. O. McCartney

Location: 3900 Block of Agua Fria Street

Arrested: Edwin Amador-Rodriguez   27 YOM

On Saturday, June 6th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival, it was learned that the above suspect had battered a household member during an argument.  The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

0220008329 / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) / 6-4-20

Deputy assigned: F. Alvarado

Commander entering: Lt. M. Delgado

Location: 3160 Agua Fria Street

Arrested: Angel Brandsetter, 26-year-old female from Alcalde New Mexico

On 6-4-20 Deputies made contact with Ms. Brandsetter who was walking on Agua Fria Street.  Ms. Brandsetter had an active warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody.  A search incident to arrest revealed she was in possession of Heroin.  She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

0220008324 / Driving while License Revoked / 6-4-20

Location: US 84/285 mile post 182 (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Joseph Archuleta, 53-year-old male from Espanola N.M.

On 6-4-20 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Archuleta after he was observed pushing a disabled vehicle with his vehicle.  He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license and was placed under arrest.

Suspects: Angel Branstetter/ Age: 27

Charge(s): Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, Warrant Service

On June 5, 2020, Deputies made contact with the suspect as she was walking near 3160 Agua Fria. It was learned the suspect had an outstanding warrant out of probation and parole. During an incident search to arrest the suspect was found to have heroin in her possession. The suspect was placed under arrest transported and booked into ADC.

0220008323 DWI, Driving on a Revoked License and Equipment Violation 6/4/20

Location: 84/285 mile post 182, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Suspects: Fernando Martinez/ Age: 34

Charge(s): DWI, Driving on a Revoked License and Equipment Violation

On June 4, 2020, Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop on a 1990 red Toyota Camry at the above location. The Toyota Camry was traveling in the left lane being pushed by a 2003 black Ford hatchback. Contact was made with the driver/suspect and it was learned the driver/suspect was non-native and operating a vehicle on a revoked license. During contact with the driver/suspect there appeared to be signs the driver was impaired. SFST’s were conducted and the driver performed the SFST’s poorly. The driver was placed under arrest and the provided a breath test. The breath test revealed his BrAC .10/.10 The driver/suspect was transported and booked into ADC.

Charge(s): Driving on a Revoked License

On June 4, 2020, Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 black Ford hatchback at the above location. The Ford hatchback was traveling in the left lane pushing a vehicle that was traveling in front. Contact was made with the driver/suspect and It was learned the driver/suspect was non-native and operating a vehicle on a revoked license. The driver/suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Suspect: Kevin Valasquez (27)

Location: Boneyard/Hancho

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Suspect was located and was found to have cocaine in his possession. Suspect was arrested and booked.

0220008268 Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving 6/3/20

Suspect: Elder Bencomo /Age: 40

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On 6/3/2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2008 Dodge Dakota for traveling 45 mph in a 65 mph zone. Contact was made with the suspect/driver who showed signs of impairment. SFST’s were completed and the driver performed SFST’s poorly. Driver refused a chemical test. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Suspect: Lisa Fouda(45)

Location: 100 block of Amber Lane

On Wednesday June 3, 2020 at approximately 6:55 p.m., Deputies responded to above location in regards to an Aggravated Assault.Suspect grabbed victim by the hair while attempting to strike her with a screwdriver.Suspect was arrested and booked.

0220008193 Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin/suboxone 6/2/20

Location: State Rd 599/ State Rd 14, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Suspects: James Eckleberry/ Age: 36

Charge(s): Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin/suboxone

On June 2, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a green Mercury minivan at the intersection of State Road 599 and State Road 14 for a red light violation. During the course of the traffic stop the driver/suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. The driver/suspect was transported to ADC. While jail staff conducted a body scan the driver/suspect, the suspect was found to have suspected heroin and suboxone in his possession. The suspect was booked at ADC on the additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and the warrant.
