On March 3, 2020 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to suspect having suspected meth on her. Suspect was rebooked.

Victim reported to deputy that unknown persons entered his vehicle without permission and stole the listed type of item. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported to deputy after hearing an audible alarm at their home via security system, they observed that forced entry had been made and the above listed type of items stolen. Case is under investigation.

0220003425 Possession of a controlled substance to wit: methamphetamine /heroin 2/28/20

Location: US 84/285 & Viarrial St, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Suspect: Brianna Hernandez /Age: 22

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: methamphetamine /heroin, Possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant service x2 (shoplifting, trafficking, concealing identity)

On 2/28/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a traffic stop conducted by Pojoaque Tribal Officers. It was learned the driver was non-native. During the course of the traffic stop the driver had 2 outstanding warrant for her arrest. During a search the driver was found to have methamphetamine, heroin and a glass pipe in her possession. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

 

0220003424 Driving while license suspended or revoked 2/28/20

Suspect: Gary Chavez / Age: 34

Charge(s): Driving while license revoked, warrant service (FTC District warrant)   

On 2/28/20, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 Mazda sedan at the above location. The driver was ran through the MVD database. The driver had an invalid revoked driver’s license. It was also learned the driver was wanted on an outstanding District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

0220003412 Driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs 2/28/20

Suspect: Christopher Serrano / Age: 37

Charge(s): Driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while license revoked, driving on roadways laned for traffic, no insurance and no registration   

On 2/28/20, Deputies responded conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 Dodge Avenger. Contact was made with the driver who was impaired. Driver performed SFST’s poorly. Driver was placed under arrest and refused chemical and blood tests. Driver was transported and booked into ADC.

Suspect: Diana Hogrebe

Deputies responded to the listed location where it was learned video surveillance showed the listed suspect removing the stolen item from the victim's property.  A summons was issued.

0220003313 / Attempted Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property / 2-27-2020

Location: E. Saddleback Mesa

Damaged: Garage Door

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an attempted burglary.  Investigation revealed unknown suspect(s) attempted forced entry into the residence by forcing open the garage door.  Entry was unsuccessful, however, the garage door was damaged during the incident.  Case is under investigation.

0220003321 / Missing Person / 2-27-2020

Location: Winding Road

Missing Person: Robert Kenan

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a missing person.  The missing person's landlord advised Mr. Kenan had been absent for two days and it was out of the ordinary for him not to communicate his whereabouts.  Mr. Kenan was entered into NCIC as missing.

0220003368-Burglary-Larceny-02/27/2020

Deputy Assigned: M. Segura

Location: 2200 Block of Henry Lynch Road

Victim: 35 year old Male

Victim advised he went to location to retrieve some items. He noticed the lock was gone and a Hisence 55 inch flat screen TV was missing, valued at $800. No suspects at this time.
