On 02-24-20, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual did batter a household member. The above individual was booked accordingly into the SF County Adult Detention Center.

Charges:Agg. DWI, Resisting an Officer

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and failed to bring his vehicle to an immediate stop. Investigation revealed the subject had signs of intoxication and refused to submit to field sobriety tests. He was arrested and refused any chemical testing. He was booked without further incident.
