Victim: 70 YOM

Deputies responded to the listed address in reference to a male not conscious not breathing.  Investigation revealed the male passed away of natural causes.  OMI found no signs of foul play.

Suspect(s): Pending

Deputies were dispatched  to above location in reference to a fraud.  During the investigation, it was learned in December 2019, the victim sent $3300.00 for a time share in Mexico via synchrony bank.  In addition, another $2400.00 was defrauded from his account.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested:  Antonio Roybal  38 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy responded to the above location  in reference to the above subject in possession of narcotics.  During the investigation, above subject was found in possession of 8 strips of suboxone.  Subject was re-booked accordingly.

0220002513 / Aggravated Auto Burglary, Larceny / 2-14-20

Stolen: Firearms

Victim reported several firearms were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his residence.  There was no signs of forced entry.  Firearms were stolen some time between January 23rd 2020 and February 7, 2020.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Robert Alderete

Above listed suspect was found to be in possession of suboxone pills while incarcerated.  Suspect was re-booked accordingly.

Arrested: Robert Alderete   25 yoa, Albuquerque, NM

Deputy responded to the above location  in reference to the above suspect having an abnormal scan.  During the investigation, 17 pills of suboxone and a syringe was located on suspects person.  Subject was re-booked accordingly.

On 2/13/20 Deputies responded to the above location to assist another agency. Contact was made with the above suspect and it was learned that the suspect had an active warrant out of Magistrate Court for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported and booked at ADC.

On 2/13/20 Deputies responded to the above location to assist another agency. Contact was made with the above suspect and it was learned that the suspect had an active warrant out of Municipal Court for her arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported and booked at ADC.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Open Container, Speeding

On 2/13/20 Deputy responded to the above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police on a traffic stop with a non-tribal member who was driving intoxicated. When the Deputy arrived the above suspect performed SFST’s poorly and was subsequently placed under arrest. Suspect refused a breath test and was booked into ADC on the above charges.

Charges: Aggravated DWI

On 2/13/20 Deputies responded to the above location regards to a suspicious vehicle. When Deputies arrived they located the above suspect parked in the driveway in a red Mitsubishi Montero. Upon further investigation suspect admitted to consuming alcohol and performed poorly on the SFST’s. Suspect refused a breath test and was subsequently booked on the above charges at ADC.
