0220002104 Murder 2/6/20

Location: 145 County Road 74, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Suspect: Patricio Griego / Age:65

On 2/6/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a shooting. When Deputies arrived it was determined the suspect killed his brother and fled the scene. Victim died at the scene. At this point the suspect has not been located. This case remains under investigation.

0220002120 Battery against a household member 2/6/20

Arrested: Carlos Rojas / Age: 23

Charge(s): Battery against a household member

On 2/6/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was determined that the suspect held his wife down on the kitchen floor by her shirt not allowing her to get up. The wife eventually got to her feet and Deputies were called. Suspect was arrested on the above charges and transported to ADC.

Arrested: Steven Sanchez 30 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for a minor traffic offense and found to be operating the vehicle while his license was revoked for a prior DWI conviction. He was booked without incident. 

CASE # 0220002100 WARRANT SERVICE X3 02-06-20

ASSIGNED: DEPUTY J. WAR & SGT. E. WEBB JR. 

ENTERING: SGT. E. WEBB JR. 

LOCATION: 7 TESUQUE ROAD 

ARRESTED: ISAAC GALLEGOS 42 YOA MALE & ANITA CARRILLO 47 YOA FEMALE 

Subjects were recognized by SFSO personnel who were conducting a close patrol of the casino. Mr. Gallegos had a warrant issued for fail to appear on several charges for larceny and Fraud by the Honorable Judge Donita Sena. Ms. Carrillo was found to be wanted by New Mexico Probation and Parole for violating probation. She also had a warrant issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Both subjects were booked without incident into SFADC.  

0220002083 / Death Investigation / 2/5/2020

Location: Jack Rabbit Road      Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: Male        Age: 38       Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the location reference a male being found deceased by family. OMI was dispatched and no signs of foul play were observed.

Arrested: Don Mario Archuleta / Age: 40

Charge(s): Warrant Service

On 1/30/2020, Deputy responded to the above location and made contact with the above male individual walking on the side of the roadway. While gathering the individual’s information the male individual fled from officers on foot. The suspect was later located and taken into custody and transported to ADC.

 

0220001994 Burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to property 2/4/20

On 2/4/20, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Based on the investigation it was determined sometime between January 31, 2020 and February 1, 2020 an unidentified person(s) gained in the victim’s garage and removed some power tools. No suspects have been identified at this time.

Suspect: Michael Martinez    Age: 25

On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies responded to the Tesuque Casino in reference to a wanted person.  The above suspect was arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect: Ryan Wright  Age: 36

On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in regards to a male that arrived to the facility possibly intoxicated.  Deputies made contact with the suspect who admitted to consuming alcohol the previous night and drove to the facility today.  SFST's were administered where the suspect showed signed of impairment and agreed to submit a breathe test.  Suspect blew a .04, .04, and was booked on a warrant.    

0220002016/Driving while License Revoked/2-4-20

Incident Location: CR 88/El Sitio

Suspect: Justin Dorame-Lewis   Age: 30

On February 4, 2020 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle at the above mentioned incident location.  Contact was made with the driver who was operating the motor vehicle while his privilege was revoked with an arrest clause attached.  The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
