Arrested: Jessica Martinez      Age: 23 Hernandez, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with the above subject due to unable to maintain her lane of travel as the above subject almost collided into the Deputy. Contact was made with the above subject who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered and she showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested for DWI.  Subject was read the NM implied consent advisory act and refused to submit to a breath test.  In addition, two miniatures of whiskey were found empty inside the vehicle.  Subject was transported to ADC where charged and booked accordingly.

Victim advised suspect called him claiming to be an agent with the Social Security Administration. Suspect told victim he had criminal charges and with $1,000.00 they would clear it up. Victim bought gift cards and provided information to suspect. No other information available.

Deputies responded to location reference to a person forcing entry into a home. Upon Deputies arrival, they located the suspect driving from the home. Through their investigation, the suspect was arrested and transported to jail.

On 1/30/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards in regards to a Battery. Based on the investigation it was determined the above suspect battered the victim identified as Kristan Ward (girlfriend) in the stomach. In, addition it was learned the suspect had an outstanding warrant out of Magistrate Court for aggravated battery against a household member. Suspect was arrested and booked and transported to ADC.

On 1/30/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards in regards to a Battery. Based on the investigation it was determined the above suspect battered the victim identified as Kristan Ward (girlfriend) in the stomach while walking into the Sheriff's Office lobby.  Suspect was arrested and booked and transported to ADC.

On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to a female found with contraband on her person.  Correctional Officers reported inmate Evans was found with suspected suboxone on her person.  Inmate Evans was charged and rebooked on the possession charge.

Deputies located above subject parked asleep at the above location in a stolen vehicle reported out of Santa Fe Police Department.  Subject was taken into custody and transported to ADC.  While at ADC, an orange in color film substance was located inside his brown wallet.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a wrong way driver.  SFPD conducted a traffic stop on above subject.  Deputies arrived on seen and conducted SFST's on above subject who showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test.  Subject blew a .23, 22 BrAC.  Subject booked at ADC accordingly.
