On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies made contact with the victim regarding an identity theft. Victim reported an unknown suspect changed his personal information at his bank in an attempt to transfer funds from the victims account. The bank thought the action was suspicious and froze all funds. There currently no suspect info.

On Friday January 31, 2019 at approximately 12:00 PM the listed victim told her husband she was going to go "riding around" with her friend. She willingly entered the passenger side of a dark colored SUV and left the above listed residence.The friend was described as a light colored female, approximately forty years old, with her hair in a bun. The victim's husband, had never seen the female before.

The Store manager believes the assistant manager embezzled the weekend deposits for the store as they had not been deposited as of Monday 2.3.2020. She was observed taking a money bag out of the safe and no deposits were made at the bank and the manager had not been able to contact her. Deputies were not able to make contact with the suspect.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a larceny. Investigation revealed sometime between February 1, 2020 and February 3, 2020 unknown suspects cut a lock to a gate and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Shooting at dwelling or occupied building, Possession of firearm by felon, negligent use of a deadly weapon
Deputies responded to above location in reference to an aggravated assault. Above subject pointed a .22 cal. rifle at the victims and shot one round towards them while being intoxicated. A triple III revealed subject was a convicted felon. Subject arrested and booked at ADC.

Suspect was stopped for failing to stop at a posted stop sign. It was discovered his license was revoked due to previous DWI and his registration was expired: He was booked

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Deputies were told by security they observed the above subject smoking a substance through a glass pipe inside his vehicle. Tesuque Police had the subject detained prior to Deputies arrival. Deputies interview the subject and he admitted to smoking meth and gave consent to collect the pipe and controlled substance (Meth) from his vehicle. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

Charges: Driving while license revoked, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper equipment, no registration, no insurance
Deputies conducted a traffic stop for speeding, During the traffic stop, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from inside the vehicle. Driver did not have registration or insurance for the vehicle. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was ran through NCIC and driver license came back revoked with an arrest clause. In addition, subject had an arrest warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. NM implied consent advisory act was read and subject refused a breath test. During the inventory of the vehicle, a bong was located inside a black back pack. Subject was charged and booked at ADC accordingly,

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an auto theft in progress. Victim reported that his surveillance camera alerted him of activity outside of his residence. Victim observed his vehicle being stolen from his residence. Case is under investigation.
