Deputies were dispatched to location reference a male found to be deceased. Upon arriving, the Office of the Medical Investigator was requested. No signs of foul play were determined.

Arrested: Blas Gonzalez-Morales 24 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Charge: Fail to appear warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court

Location: Agua Fria/ Callejon De Rita 

Subject was stopped for speeding and found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was booked without incident into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: Banana Hill/ US 84-285 Arroyo Seco area

Arrested: Modesta Gonzales 32 yoa female from Espanola 

Subject was called in as a reckless driver to SFRECC. Deputy located vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Subject displayed signs of intoxication. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. She was arrested and provided a BRAC of .13,.13. She was booked without incident.

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Subject is an inmate at Santa Fe County Jail and during a cell search, she was found to be in possession of Heroin and Suboxone. She was rebooked. 

0220002197/Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to property/2.7.2020

Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the garage of the residence stealing an item.

0220002179 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle / 2-7-20

Stolen and Recovered: 2015 Dodge Pickup Truck

Deputies reported to the listed location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle.  Investigation revealed sometime between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM the listed vehicle was stolen.  The vehicle was later recovered in the city of Espanola.  Case is under investigation.

Charge: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, marijuana  

On 2/7/20, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an inmate found with heroin and marijuana during a dry cell search. The narcotics were found in the seam of a laundry bag. The inmate was re-booked on the above charges.

Arrested: Eagle Goodblanket     Age: 32   Santa Cruz, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance while in the jail. Deputies contacted the inmate who refused to speak and was re booked into the jail with the additional charge.

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arriving it was learned the suspect battered the victim during a domestic dispute. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
