0220003025 Possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine 2/22/20

Suspect: Miguel Fierro /Age: 20

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine

On 2/22/20 Deputies stopped a white Ford Fiesta for not having an operating license plate light. Contact was with made with the passenger after the driver was arrested for driving while license revoked. During the course of the investigation it was determined that cocaine was found under the suspect’s seat inside the vehicle. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

Suspect: Ernest Zamora /Age: 23

Charges: Driving while license revoked, failure to have operational tail lamps

On 2/22/20 Deputies stopped a white Ford Fiesta for not having an operating license plate light. Contact was with made with the driver and it was determined that the driver was operating a vehicle while his license was revoked. Driver was arrested and transported and booked at ADC.

Suspect: Brandon Valdez /Age: 23

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Racing on highways

On 2/21/20 Deputies stopped a gray Chevy Camaro for racing on highways at the above location. Contact was with made with the driver and there appeared to be signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage. Suspect refused to submit to SFST’s and refused chemical testing. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

0220003012-Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving,Open container-02/21/2020

Location: NM 344 and Maez Lane

Suspect was involved on a Motor Vehicle Crash. Suspect showed signs of intoxication. Suspect refused SFST's. Suspect was booked.

0220002979 Aggravated DWI 2/21/20

Suspect: Richard DeAguero /Age: 60

Charges: Aggravated DWI

On 2/21/20 Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a 911 hang up. Shortly after BIA responded to the same location and observed a red 1997 Cadillac traveling into the driveway. BIA made contact with the driver who was a non-tribal member. The suspect appeared to be intoxicated. When Deputies arrived to the location contact was made with suspect. The suspect admitted to consuming and alcoholic beverages. Suspect refused SFST’s and chemical testing. Suspect was booked into ADC. ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence where unknown suspect(s) forced entry and stole multiple items.

Pojoaque stopped a vehicle for speeding and observed indications of alcohol consumption. The Sheriff's office was contacted due to the driver being non tribal. SFST's were administered and indicated impairment. A breath sample was provided .17.17 he was booked.

Deputies responded to the listed area in reference to a motor vehicle crash.  The listed suspect was located a short distance away.  Suspect had an odor of an intoxicating liquor and showed signs of impairment.  the keys to the vehicle were located in his pocket.  Suspect refused SFST's and Chemical Testing.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect was discovered to be driving on a revoked license with the arrest clause after a registration check returned with the registered owner being revoked due to a previous DWI.

Subject was stopped for an unrelated traffic offense when he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest issued by Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was booked without further incident.
