On Monday, February 17, 2020 Deputies responded to St. Vincents hospital in reference to a sexual assault that occurred at the Santa Fe County Jail.  Victim reported two inmates sexually assaulted him while he was incarcerated at the jail.  Case was turned over to Santa Fe County Detectives for further investigation.

On Monday, February 17, 2020, Deputies responded to the mentioned address in reference to a possible burglary.  Victim reported someone forced entry into the residence through a window.  Victim did not notice anything missing at the time of the report.  Suspect info is pending.

On Monday, February 17, 2020 Deputies responded to the mentioned address in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Victims reported the suspect attacked them after an argument regarding a child that resides at the residence.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: El Camino Real Trailhead (end of Constellation Rd) 

Arrested: David Wright 27 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was located at the trail head and found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was also found to be in possession of suboxone. He was booked without incident.

Location:NM 14/ Fire Place (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Raquel Martinez 30 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for failing to maintain a single lane of traffic. Subject was found to be intoxicated and submitted to SFST's. Signs of impairment were noted and she was arrested. She refused to provide samples for testing. She was arrested and booked without incident.

Subject was found asleep at the gas station by Tesuque Police. Investigation revealed he had operated the vehicle while intoxicated. He showed signs of impairement during SFST's and was arrested. He provided a BrAC .21,.20. He was booked into SFADC.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have 2 warrants for her arrest issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failing to pay fines. She was booked into SFADC.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have a warrant issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear in reference to a original charge of shoplifting. He was booked without incident. 

0220002675 / Possession of a controlled substance - DWI / 2-15-2020

Location: US 84-285 milepost 175 Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Beth Madrid       Age: 28    Hernandez, NM

Deputies responded to location reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the BOLO' d vehicle and observed it commit traffic violations. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver. The driver was administered sobriety testing and was then arrested. Upon arriving at the jail, the driver was found to have controlled substances on her person and was charged accordingly.
