0220000828 Auto Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property 1/15/2020

Location: 42 Woods Loop, Santa Fe, NM 87508

 

On 1/15/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. It was determined that an unidentified suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence by breaking a rear window. Inside the residence the suspect(s) removed a dell laptop computer and a Vizio 55 inch TV. No suspects have been identified at this time.

Deputies responded to location reference a stabbing. Upon arriving, a male victim was found with two stab wounds to the body. Investigations was notified and responded to scene. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Christopher Arredondo             23 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

charges: Speeding, open container, Driving on a suspended driver license

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with the above subject for speeding.  During the course of the investigation, driver was found with an open container, driving on a suspended driver license and an active warrant for his arrest.  Above subject was arrested and during search incident to arrest, a white powdery rock was found in his possession with $1,351.00 in U.S. currency.  A field test was conducted on the substance, which tested positive for cocaine.  Subject was transported to ADC where he was charged and booked accordingly.

Location: State Road 502 milepost 8, Santa Fe, NM 87506

 

On 1/14/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a vehicle on the side of the road. When the Deputy arrived to the location it was determined that an unidentified person(s) gained entry into the vehicle and stole the stereo, tires and wheels off the vehicle. Owner was notified. Vehicle was towed. No suspects have been identified.

On 1/14/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an alarm. When the Deputy arrived to the location it was determined that an unidentified person(s) gained entry into the residence by unknown means and removed 64 inch Samsung television. No signs of forced entry. No suspects have been identified.

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle crash. Signs of impairment were observed a blood draw was conducted and she was booked.

Victim: 19 Year old female

Victim was battered by her boyfriend with his fists and with a metal crutch causing injury to her person.

A traffic stop was conducted and the drivers license was discovered to be revoked with the arrest clause. The registration and insurance was suspended. She was booked.

0220000645 / Missing Juvenile / 1-12-20

Location: Ramon Lane

Missing: 17 Year Old Female Black jacket, black leggings, converse shoes

Deputies responded to listed area in reference to a missing juvenile.  Investigation revealed the female ran away from home after a confrontation with parents.  Case is under investigation.

Suspects: Shawn Smith-Daren Blackowl

Deputies were patrolling the area when they observed a suspicious vehicle near a residence.  Upon checking the residence Deputies located the listed suspects squatting in the residence.  Both suspects admitted to staying at the residence without permission.  Suspects were arrested and booked accordingly.
