On Wednesday, January  1, 2020 Deputies responded to the mentioned address in reference to a domestic disturbance.  The victim reported she was pushed and struck by the suspect during an argument.  Suspect was arrested and booked at the county jail.

Charge(s): Warrant Service (felony magistrate court), Resisting, evading or obstructing an officer

On 1/1/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a warrant service. Contact was made with the suspect. As the Deputy placed handcuffs on the suspect, the suspect resisted the officer and the apprehension. Suspect was finally taken into custody and transported to ADC.

Suspect was stopped for speeding by Tesuque Tribal Police. They discovered he was revoked with the arrest clause and not a tribal member the sheriff's office was called to take over the investigation. He was booked.

Suspect was stopped for speeding by Pojoaque Police. It was discovered the vehicle he was driving was stolen and that he had an expired license. The Sheriff's Office was called to take over the investigation.  He was booked

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Investigation revealed the suspect closed distance on the victim with a screwdriver.  Victim was in immediate fear of a battery.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an auto burglary.  Investigation revealed unknown suspects entered the vehicle rummaged around and attempted to jam something in the ignition.  No items were taken.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an 87 year old female not conscious not breathing.  Investigation revealed the female passed away from natural causes.  No signs of foul play were observed.

Arrested: Lucas Culin     37 yoa, Ojo Caliente, NM

Additional charges: Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, DWI, Resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, driving while license revoked, Leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to vehicle, criminal damage X 2

Deputies responded to above location in reference to above subject with an active warrant. Suspect was seen in vehicle. Vehicle headed south on 84/285 and a stop was initiated as it was getting onto southbound 599. Vehicle was swerving all over the road and had speeds between 70mph and 90 mph. Spike strips deployed and the vehicle continued southbound with two flat tires. Spikes were deployed a second time and the vehicle continued to head south onto I-25 with all four tires flat. Vehicle rammed cable barrier at mile post 272 and rammed through the gate to the railroad tracks at mile post 270. Suspect refused to exit the vehicle and contact was made through the broken rear window. Suspect was handcuffed and showed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to using narcotics prior to driving. Suspect refused SFSTs and refused a blood draw. During the investigation, it was learned above suspect stole a vehicle from above location prior to the pursuit and was driving on a revoked D.L. with the arrest clause. Suspect was medically cleared, transported and booked on all charges as well as arrest warrant.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a 58 year old male not conscious, not breathing.  Investigation revealed the male passed away due to natural causes.  No signs of foul play were observed.

Arrested: Brookney Gondara  48 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Contact was made with the above subject who showed signs of impairments.  SFST's (alternative) were administered, which showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew a .24, .24 G/210L and was booked at ADC.
