Charges: Battery against a HHM, Resisting, evading and or obstructing X3, Criminal damage to household goods

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reported her husband struck her in the face and broke a television inside the residence.  Contact was made with the suspect who was irate and pushed a Deputy.  Deputies attempted to restrain the subject who resisted arrest.  Subject was restrained and transported to ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Jerald Baca    53 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash.   Signs of impairment were observed prior to subject being transported to the hospital.  SFST's were administered on the subject who showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested for DWI and refused to submit to a blood draw.  Subject was booked at ADC.

Suspect: Jaramiah Gonzales

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Investigation revealed the listed suspect approached two victims in a threatening manner causing them to fear a battery.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

0219022019 Burglary 12/9/19

Location: 410 Kings Hwy, Stanley, NM

On 12/9/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Deputy learned an unknown suspect attempted to enter the residence by kicking the front door. The suspect was unable to gain entry and made entry through a window after breaking it. The owner of the property observed a 2000's silver in color Nissan Truck, possibly a Frontier at approximately 12:45pm on the date of incident. No suspects have been identified at this time.

On 12/19/2019, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary/larceny. Victim reported sometime be 12/18/2019 at 4:30pm and 12/19/19 at about 6:00am, an unidentified suspect(s) gained entry in the Santa Fe County Public Works warehouse and removed some workers clothing attire from the employee’s locker room. No suspects have been identified at this time.

On 12/19/2019, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary in progress. Victim reported an unidentified suspect gained entry to his property was dismantling a lock to gain additional access to his enclosed court yard. When deputies arrived they located the above suspect and arrested him for the above charges. No items were reported stolen.

On 12/18/2019, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Victim reported unidentified suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked door to the rear of his wood shop. Victim reported the following items stolen: Makita cordless drill, Delta chop saw, Bauer hand sander, Hercules cordless drill and a Hercules cordless driver kit, valued at $1,220.00. No suspect information at this time.

Victim reported the following items stolen, Makita cordless drill and Ryobi chop saw, valued at $300.00. No suspect information at this time.
