Suspect: Leonardo Garcia    24 yoa  San Juan Pueblo, NM

Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash. Driver was transported to Presbyterian Hospital (Espanola, NM) During the investigation, above subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  SFST's were administered and showed signs of impairment.  A blood draw was done on the suspect.  Subject was transported and booked at ADC.

Location:  Encantado loop, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: 60 year old from Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location for an individual who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, it was suspected the victim had passed away due to an aortic dissection which was not survivable. OMI was contacted and found no signs of foul play.

Items Taken: Two Guitars, 65 inch Vizio TV($4800)

Sometime between 730am and 430pm on 12/12/19, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence and took the above items. The suspect(s) may have gained entry through a dog door located on the west side of the house.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Investigation revealed the listed suspect battered the victim by pushing her and pulling her hair.  Evidence on scene was consistent with victim's statement.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash. Suspect was fou nd to be impaired.  Suspect admitted to consuming to "minis" of Yukon Jack. Suspect agreed to breath test, which were .18-.18. Suspect was booked.

Vehicle: 2000 Honda Civic

Deputy was dispatched to the area of 1000 Block of Old Las Vegas Hwy in reference to a stalled vehicle. Deputy made contact with the suspect who stated he ran out of gas. A check through NCIC reveled that the vehicle was stolen out of Bernalillo County on December 9, 2019. Suspect was booked.

On Monday, December 9, 2019 Deputies assisted Pojoaque Tribal Police who made a traffic stop on a vehicle was operated by a possible impaired driver.  Deputies conducted SFST's on the driver who could not complete the tests.  The driver refused a breathe test and was charged with Agg DWI.

On Monday, December 9, 2019 Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to a burglary.  Victim reported sometime between 8am and 5pm someone forcefully entered his shed and stole the listed item.  There is no suspect info at this time.

Arrested: Justin Koch / Age: 31

Charge(s): Aggravated fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant service (fraud)

On 12/7/2019, Deputy was traveling northbound on US 84/285 near mile marker 172, when the Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for excessive speed. Registration on the vehicle revealed the owner of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of Bernalillo County. A traffic stop was initialed but the vehicle failed to stop resulting in a short pursuit. The vehicle subsequently crashed into an arroyo/embankment off of US 84/285. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to ADC and booked.

On 12/7/2019, Deputy responded to the above location. Victim reported an unidentified suspect(s) gained into the residence by breaking a window with a rock. No items were reported stolen at this point. Pry marks were also located on the front and rear door to the residence. No suspect(s) were identified.
