0219021452 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, & Larceny 12/9/19

On 12/9/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and larceny. Victim reported sometime between 12/8/19 at about 4:30pm and 12/9/19 at about 4:00am, unidentified suspect(s) stole a 4X8 wooden flatbed trailer, Masterbuilt Smoker, Predator Generator, 2 Blue Rhino propane tanks, valued at $2,500. No suspects identified at this time.

On Sunday December 8, 2019, Deputies responded to the Agora Shopping Center in reference to an auto burglary.  The victim reported someone unlawfully entered her vehicle in the parking lot sometime between 1:50pm and 2:45pm taking the mentioned items.  No suspect info at this time.

Suspect: Danny Aguirre  Age: 65

On Sunday December 8, 2019, Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  The victim reported she was battered resulting in a laceration to her lip.  The suspect was arrested and booked at the county jail.

0219021367 Possession of a Controlled Substance & paraphernalia, 12/7/19

Location: Ojitos Dr./ US 84/285, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Suspect: Christopher Duran / Age: 30

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance & paraphernalia,

On 12/7/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a single vehicle motor vehicle crash. A DWI investigation was conducted and it was learned the driver of the vehicle was not impaired. Further investigation revealed the above suspect had heroin and a syringe on his possession. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC.

Location: Tesuque Road 

Arrested: Boone Tucker 46 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was located parked on the side of the road near Tesuque Casino. He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court charging Fail to Appear on Driving while license revoked, and animal violation. He as taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident. 

Case # 0219021382 Warrant Service x2 12-07-19

Assigned: Sgt. Edward Webb Jr. 

Location: 7 Tesuque Road ( Tesuque Casino)

Arrested: Lealicia Mente 32 yoa female Santa Fe

Subject was recognized sitting outside of the casino. She was found to have two active warrants for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear on two cases charging Shoplifting and Driving while license revoked. She was arrested and booked without further incident.  

Case#0219021389 Warrant Service/ Traffic Arrest 12-07-19

Location 4600 block of Agua Fria St 

Arrested: Andres Garcia 39 yoa male 

SFRECC received a call of a reckless driver. Deputy located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was identified and found to be operating the vehicle while his license is revoked. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest. SIgns of impairment were not located. Subject was arrested without further incident. 

0219021363 Possession of heroin, Service of Documents 12/7/19

Location: US 84/285 mile post 176, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Arrested: Beth Madrid / Age: 28

Charge(s): Possession of heroin, municipal warrant

On 12/7/2019, Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a silver Cadillac CTS that was called in as a reckless driver at the above location. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined the driver was wanted on an outstanding municipal warrant. It was also determined the driver had heroin in her possession. The driver was taken into custody and transported to ADC.  

 

Trafficking in a controllled substance-Possession of a Conrolled substance to wit: Heroin

Suspect: Lance Gish(48)

Suspect was incarcerated at the SFCADC and was found with above drugs while being booked. Suspect was rebooked on above charges.
