Location: US 84/285  Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Tiana Barela 21 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Additional charges: Careless driving, open container, Leaving the scene of an accident, Stop sign violation

Deputy observed above suspect strike a concrete barrier and leave the scene.  Deputy proceeded after the vehicle and observed the driver failing to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, Deputy observed an open container inside the vehicle.  Deputy detected and odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from her person and having blood shot water eyes.  SFST's were administered, which she showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and agreed to a breath test.  Subject blew a .15, .14 BrAC.  Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Marleny Bamack-Garcia  34 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  During the investigation, it was learned about suspect had battered her boyfriend in the presence of the Pojoaque Tribal Police.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: 100 Block of N. Shinning Sun

Taken: Vizio 42 inch ($150)

Sometime between 10am and 4pm an unknown suspect(s) broke the front door window with an unknown object and took above item. Alarm sounded and scared off suspect(s). Case is under investigation.

0219022429-Aggravated DWI-12/27/19

Suspect: Joseph Jacobs(42)

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (SFCADC)

On Friday December 27, 2019 at approximately 4:42 PM  Deputies were dispatched to 28 Camino Justicia in reference to a disorderly call. I made contact with corrections officers who stated the above suspect tried to check in with E.M. while he smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Upon checking security footage from the parking lot it was learned the suspect drove himself to E.M.I made contact with the suspect, who agreed to conduct SFST's. He showed signs of impairment. He was read the Implied Consent Act advisory and submitted to a breath test. He blew .17, .16. He was arrested and taken back to ADC. During a search incident to arrest, a 7.62 rifle was located in his vehicle. An open pint of whiskey was located in the center console.

 

The suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where the registered owner had a revoked license with the arrest clause. Inside the vehicle an open container of alcoholic beverages was located. The driver was arrested and booked.

Arrested: Roberta Archuleta-Larranaga / Age: 38

Charge(s): Distribution of a controlled substance

On 12/27/2019, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an inmate found with 73 strips of suboxone in her waist band. The suboxone was found during a pat search. Subject was re-booked on the above charges at ADC.

On 12/25/2019, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a breaking and entering. Based on the investigation it was learned that an unidentified person pushed open a window to gained entry into the residence. No items were reported stolen.

On 12/25/2019, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a single motor vehicle crash. Driver was found to be unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived and administered Narcan and transported the driver to the hospital. Based on the investigation the driver was found to be impaired and was arrest and booked at ADC for DWI.

Charge: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin, meth, marijuana  

On 12/24/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an inmate being found with narcotics on her person. Corrections Officers conducted a pat search on the above suspect and located heroin, meth and marijuana in her shirt pocket. Suspect was re-booked on the listed charges

Suspect: 41 Year old female

Taken: NM License Plate, Black handgun, Black shotgun($971.00)

Victim stated he allowed suspect to stay at his residence. She and another suspect took above items without his permission. Case is under investigation.
