Stolen: Binoculars

Deputies responded to listed location in reference to an auto burglary that took place between 1/3/2020 and 1/6/2020.  Investigation revealed unknown suspect gained entry into the vehicle through an unlocked door and stole a pair of binoculars.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to the criminal damage of a car.  Investigation revealed victim crashed her vehicle on the night of 1/3/20.  Upon returning to the vehicle the victim observed numerous bullet holes in her vehicle.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an after the fact burglaries.  Investigation revealed between 4:30 AM on 1/5 and 7:00 AM on the same date, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into a storage area and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Victim: 67 Year Old Male

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a 67 year old male not conscious not breathing.  Investigation revealed the male passed away of natural causes.  There were no signs of foul play.

Location 29 Arroyo Seco Cir Espanola NM

Victim: 28 year old male

Suspect(s): Unknown

Unknown suspects forced entry into a camper stealing multiple items including a firearm. While in the camper they located the keys to the victim's truck ultimately stealing it. The vehicle was located by New Mexico State Police in an adjoining county on fire.

Location: State Road 344 mile post 7, Edgewood, NM 87015

On 1/1/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an auto burglary. Victim reported her vehicle stalled at the above location on 1/1/2020 and when she returned to retrieve her vehicle she discovered two broken windows and items removed from inside. No suspects have been identified at this time.

Charge(s): Warrant Service (No driver license, no insurance, speeding)

On 1/1/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a welfare check of a female inside a black Mitsubishi eclipse. The eclipse was located and a traffic stop was initiated. It was learned the female was sitting in the passenger seat and was found to have 3 outstanding warrants out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. The female was placed under arrest and booked at ADC.

On 1/1/2020, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised unidentified person(s) gained force entry into her guest house by kicking the front door open. While inside the suspect stole several items. No suspects have been identified at this time.

Suspect: Christopher Gonzales    Age: 29

On Tuesday December 31, 2019 Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash at the above mentioned location.  It was learned the suspect was driving while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.  Suspect refused to submit a breath sample and was arrested and booked accordingly at the county jail.
