On 11-17-19, the victim reported her 2014 Hyundai was broken into at the Aspen Vista Trailhead on Hyde Park Road. The unknown suspect(s) broke the rear passnenger window to gain access. Once inside the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 11/17/19 the victim reported between 7:40am and 10:40am, unidentified person(s) gained force entry into his vehicle by breaking his front right passenger window. While inside the vehicle the suspect(s) stole $100.00 in gift cards.

Between 11:00AM and 2:00PM an unknown person(s) broke  the window to a 2012 Ford F-150 pickup. The center console was rummaged through. Victim does not know if anything was taken. Case is under investigation.

Arrested:   Jacob Ruiz  33 yoa  Espanola, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with above subject.  During the course of the traffic stop, it was learned subject had a revoked driver license with the arrest clause and the vehicle was not registered. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Items Taken: Martin D45 acoustic guitar, Husqvarna 24 inch chain saw.($13,000)

Deputies made contact with the victim who advised 12:00AM and 1:00AM an unknown suspect entered an RV and took above items. No suspects at this time.

Arrested: Jose Olvera  36 yoa   Santa Fe, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for failure to maintain lane of travel. Upon contact, Deputy smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and refused chemical testing. Subject was charged and booked at ADC.

Victim reported sometime between Sept 10 and Sept 28, 2019 unknown suspect(s) entered her residence and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Missing: 14 Year Old Female

Victim's grandma advised juvenile snuck out of the residence and has not returned home and did not go to school.  Missing juvenile was last seen wearing black sweats with " Capital Jaguars" on the front and her last name on the back.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Ernie Rodriguez

Suspect was stopped at the listed location for speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Upon running his driver's license through NCIC it was found to be revoked with the arrest clause attached.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

021902005, DWI,Careless driving,no insurance, evidence of registration to be exhibted on demand,11-13-2019

Suspect: Vanessa Trujillo  32 yoa, Albuquerque, NM

Subject was traveling southbound on the northbound on ramp at exit 183 on US 84/285. Deputies conducted a traffic stop with vehicle. Contact was made with the above subject  who admitted to consuming suboxone. SFST's were administered and showed signs of impairment. Subject read the NM Implied Consent Advisory Act  and refused chemical testing. Subject booked into ADC. In addition, subject did not have insurance or registration upon demand.
