suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched to 104 Camino Roberto in reference to an aggravated assault.

 Victim stated a female, driving a black Nissan, pulled into his driveway. She accused the victim of breaking her nephew's windows. The victim stated the suspect assaulted him with a then attempted to run the victim over with her vehicle. The suspect backed out the victim's driveway damaging his fencing.

Charge: Possession of a controlled substance

On November 11, 2019, Deputy responded to the jail in regards to an inmate found with 116 strips of suboxone. It was learned, Corrections officers conducted a pat search on the inmate and found the suboxone wrapped around his lower leg. Inmate was re-booked.

On November 11, 2019, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary and criminal damage to property. Based on the instigation it appeared an unidentified person(s) gained force entry into the residence by breaking the glass door. The residence was rummaged through but It’s undetermined if any items were stolen.

Deputies responded to conduct a welfare check on a stopped vehicle. They located the above subject heavily intoxicated who admitted to driving. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Subject was arrested and refused testing. Subject was booked without incident.

Subject was located stuck in a culvert while operating a motor vehicle by Pojoaque Police. He was heavily intoxicated and deputies responded. SFST's were done and signs of impairment were seen. Subject was arrested and submitted to a breath test. Provided a sample .28/.29 BrAC. He was booked without incident.
