Suspect: Jose Trigveros 35 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic for speeding. Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage from his person and admitted to consuming alcohol. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and read the NM implied consent advisory act. Subject blew a.17,19 Brac. Subject booked at ADC.

Above listed suspect was found to be in possession of cocaine while incarcerated.  Suspect was re-booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the listed location to assist BIA with a traffic stop.  Upon arrival driver admitted to consuming a shot of vodka.  SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were observed.  Implied consent was read and agreed to and a legal blood draw was conducted.  Results are pending.

Location: Pojoaque High School

Deputies responded to listed location in reference to a missing 15 year old female.  Investigation revealed the student had not been to school for 7 days and school personnel could not make contact with her mother.  It was learned through a friend the juvenile may be living on the streets of Espanola.  Juvenile was entered into NCIC.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a welfare check, upon arrival it was discovered the suspect had been in a verbal argument with the caller and left the residence.  Contact was later made with the suspect who had pulled over near Entrada La Cienega.  Deputies detected a strong odor of an intoxicating liquor emitting from the suspect.  SFST's were performed and signs of impairment were observed.  Implied consent was read and agreed to.  A breath sample was given indicating a result of .24 .23.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Friday, October 25, 2019, deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned suspect battered victim. Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported unknown suspects used his personal information to order a new debit card and pin number from his bank.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: .45 cal  pistol, $100 cash

Suspect: Unknown

On Sunday November 3, 2019 Deputies responded to the above mentioned address for a residential burglary.  Victim stated sometime today between 5:00pm-6:00pm someone entered his residence through an unlocked door and stole the listed items.  Victim believes the suspect is a family member.

On Sunday November 3, 2019, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Accord at the above mentioned location.  Contact was made with the suspect/driver who smelled of an alcoholic beverage.  Driver refused a breath test and was booked for Agg. DWI.

Arrested: Angela Serna age: 38

Charge: DWI, Speeding, Open Container

On 11-02-19 Deputies came into contact with the above individual after the vehicle she was operating was reported as a reckless driver. The vehicle was observed speeding and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. An open bottle of vodka was found inside the vehicle. She was refused blood and breath testing. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
