Location:  17728 US 84/285 (Nambe Falls Casino

Arrested: Ronald Lucero  52 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to above subject passed out behind the wheel and parked on top of the side walk of the Nambe Falls Casinos. During the investigation, Deputies learned above subject injected heroin prior to making contact. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. The NM Implied Consent Advisory Act was read, which he agreed to a blood draw. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly pending the blood results.

Arrested: Roxanne Velasquez 45 yoa,  Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Improper equipment

Deputy conducted a traffic with the above subject for not having license plate lights operable. Driver was unable to provide a valid license and was found to have a revoked license. In addition, subject had 3 active warrants for her arrest. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Matthew Trujillo   22 yoa, Alcalde, NM

Deputy responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Subject was arrested by Pojoaque Tribal Officers on an active warrant.  While at ADC, Corrections located a large amount of a white powder substance (meth) and black tar (Heroin) on his person. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Location: Calle Cristoval, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Austin Martinez 21yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a physical domestic. Suspect was crying and deputies attempted to detain the suspect and he physically resisted.  During the investigation, it was learned the suspect locked himself with her in the bathroom and wouldn't let her out. The suspect later damaged the bathroom door and battered the owner of the residence. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Suspect was stopped for texting and driving and it was discovered he had a revoked license due to a DWI, open alcoholic containers were located inside the vehicle. He was booked.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  During the investigation, Deputy discovered the license plate had an altered validation sticker.  The vehicle was towed from the scene. No driver or registered owner located.  Case under investigation.
