0219015909-Burglary(Auto)-09/09/19

Location: 100 Block Victorio Peak

On September 8, 2019, I was dispatched to the above listed address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. When I arrived, I spoke with the victim who stated an unknown person or persons entered his unlocked vehicle during the night and removed hand tools without permission.

Location: 100 Block Alegra Pass

On September 8, 2019, I was dispatched to the above listed address regaring a burglary of a motor vehicle. The reporting party advised he left his wallet in his unlocked vehicle. An unknown person or persons entered the vehicle which was parked in front of his residence, and the items were taken. The debit and credit cards were used a varies stores to purchase items totaling $1,362.59. Cash was also taken from the wallet.

Location: US 84/285 MM 176, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Barry James 47 yoa, Tesuque, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for driving without tail lamps on. Contact was made with the driver who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .18, .17 BrAC.  Subject was booked accordingly.

On todays date Deputies were dispatched to NM 14 mile marker 37 in reference to a reckless driver who was swerving into oncoming traffic. Prior to Deputies arrival dispatch advised the vehicle had been involved in an accident where it struck another vehicle. Upon arrival on scene Deputies discovered the vehicle had been involved in 2 separate accidents. Upon contact with driver of vehicle the odor of an intoxicating liquor was emitting from her person. Driver was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and submitted to a blood draw. Driver was arrested and booked at ADC.

Location: Caminito Del Angel, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Ryan Ruppert 46 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery against a HHM, Assault against a HHM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to  the above suspect with an active warrant attempting to set a house on fire.  Suspect was taken into custody and  deputies learned above suspect had battered and assaulted his girlfriend.  Subject was transported to ADC where he was charged and booked accordingly.

Location: A Van Nu Po, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Jess Claymore, 29 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Contact was made with the driver who had blood shot watery, slurred speech and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. The driver refused SFST''s and a chemical test.  Subject arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: NM 503 MM 10, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Frisco Abeyta 18 yoa, Espanola NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a single vehicle crash.  Upon arriving in the vicinity, Deputies observed a gray vehicle with rear end damage driving west on NM 503.  A traffic stop was conducted on above subject.  SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and read the NM implied consent advisory act and agreed to submit to a breath test.  Subject blew .11,.11 BrAC.  Subject booked at ADC.

On above date, I responded to above location in regards to a reckless driver heading north on 84-285.

Vehicle was located and a traffic stop was initiated.

Above suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested.

 Implied Consent Act read and agreed.

Suspect blew a .15 .15

Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver call of a white ford pick up in the area of I-25. Vehicle was located with the driver(suspect). Driver showed signs of impairment. Suspect was booked into SFCADC.
