0219015880 / Possession Of a Deadly Weapon by Prisoner / 9-8-19

A cell search was conducted on the listed suspect's cell.  During the search a four inch screw sharpened to a point and wrapped in clear cellophane was located.  The cell was only occupied by the listed suspect.  Suspect was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Suspect: Cletus Tafoya

Vehicle's registration showed to be suspended.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.  Upon contact with the driver it was found his driver's license was revoked and he could not provide insurance or registration.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a Domestic Dispute.  Suspect and victim left the area prior to arrival however were located a short time later.  Victim had signs of battery that matched her statement.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

addition charges: Resisting, evading, obstructing and officer, Driving under the influence with a minor X2Stopping, standing or parking in a business or residential roadways, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Vehicles subject to registration, Insurance

Deputy responded to the area of US 84/285 to assist Deputies with a traffic stop. Deputies learned the driver of the vehicle stopped in the roadway, then started driving. The vehicle was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. During the investigation, the driver exited the vehicle upon being stopped. The driver approached a Deputy in a manner causing him to fear an immediate battery. The driver then struck a Deputy. The driver then resisted being placed in handcuffs.  The driver had two minor children in the vehicle. The vehicle also had expired registration and no proof of insurance.  SFST's were administered  and  signs of impairment on the driver were observed. The driver had two minor children in the vehicle. The vehicle also had expired registration and no proof if insurance. Subject refused to submit to a breath test.  Subject was charged and booked accorindgly

Suspect was contacted during a traffic stop and provided false information.  Once suspect was identified it was found she had an absconding warrant out of probation and parole.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Frisco Abeyta, 18 yoa, Espanola, NM

Deputies were dispatched to NM 503 Mile marker 10 in reference to an accident. Deputies made contact with the above vehicle at the intersection of NM 503/ and Juan Medina. SFST's were administered and The suspect showed signs of Impairment. The suspect provided a Breath test. The subject blow .11/.11. BrAC The suspect was arrested for the above charges and booked into ADC without issue.

Suspect was stopped for driving with no headlamps and showed signs of alcohol consumption. SFST's were administered which indicated impairment. He provided two breath samples .19/.19. He was booked.
