While incarcerated at the SFCADC suspect was served bench warrant for failure to pay fines from Metro court in Bernalillo County NM. Suspect was rebooked.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia

Jail staff found Inmate Daniel Dumovitz acting suspicious and approached him. While approaching him they saw him attempting to hide a plastic wrapped package  and found two similar packages on the floor next to him. The packages were found to have 110 tablets of Suboxone, Marijuana, and Tobacco. He was booked under the new charges without further incident.

    A 21-year-old female reported she was raped in the early morning hours of 12-9-18 at a residence in the Turquoise Trail Subdivision by a male friend.  The case is under investigation.

Victim reported to deputy that unknown persons are believed to have stolen her debit and credit cards. The victim stated the suspect used them at establishments withdrawing and charging items to her account. This case is under investigation.
