Victim reported the listed vehicle was stolen from the Cities of Gold Parking Lot sometime on New Year's Eve.  Case is under investigation.

0219000014 Battery Upon a Household Member/ Criminal damage to propery of a household member 1/1/19

Suspect/ Arrested: J. Martinez  Age 32

Location: La Puebla

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at an address in La Puebla.  Upon arrive Deputies determined that above listed suspect had battered his girlfriend and damaged the victims property.  Suspect was arrested accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Stolen:  Ebony goblets, african wooden masks and canes, Zimbabwe coins, copper wire and serimshaw ostrage eggs (Value $9.040.00

Victim reported sometime between December 20, 2018 and December 31, 2018, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry in a conex box and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

0218021504, Possession of a controlled substance to wit; Suboxone, 12-30-18

Suspect: Nestor Rodriguez  27 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was found in possession of 7 orange in color strips and admitting to having the strips (Suboxone) to help him with his heroin addiction while incarcerated.  Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Location: Avila Road   Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a male unresponsive and not breathing. Upon arriving the male did not survive his medical episode. OMI was dispatched and did not notice any signs of foul play.

Victim reported that sometime between 9pm last night and today around 8:50am, unknown suspect(s) stole the above mentioned vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Melanie Rebolloso      Age: 34   Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail reference to Rebolloso being found in possession of a controlled substance on her person. Rebolloso was re booked with the additional charge.

0218021406 / Death investigation / 12-28-18

Location: Residence on Camino Del Rincon (Pojoaque)

Deceased: 63-year-old male from Pojoaque NM

On 12-28-18 at approximately 9:00am a family member arrived at the deceased's home and found him unresponsive in the driveway covered in snow.  There were no signs of foul play.

Location: Us 84/285 Mile Marker 180

Deputies were called to assist Pojoaque Tribal on traffic stop.  Upon contact with the suspect he displayed signs of impairment.  He was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample.  He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe ADC without further incident.

Suspect: Precious Lopez(19)

Deputies were investigating a separate incident and it was found that Precious had four active Bench Warrants for her arrest. Precious was taken to the SFCADC without incident.
