On Tuesday, December 25, 2018, Deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with suspect who advised a verbal argument had taken place. Contact was then made with victim who advised, suspect punched her once on her right side of her face, choked her and also pulled her from the couch from her right leg.Suspect was arrested on above charges and booked at ADC without incident. No other information is available.

Victim reported that sometime between 11pm and 11:30 pm on 12/23/18 unknown suspect(s) gained entry to an unlocked vehicle and took the above listed items.

Victim 1 reported suspect was involved in a physical domestic with her daughter. suspect fled the scene in the victim 1's vehicle without permission. Victim 2 was located at the hospital with visible injuries. victim 2 reported being held down by the suspect and was in fear of being sexually assaulted while being battered.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to vehicle not having any tail lights. Upon making contact with the driver deputies noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage on the drivers breath. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Subject was arrested without incident. Subjects BrAC .12 and .13

Deputies were dispatched to the jail reference to two inmates being involved in a altercation. Upon arriving, it was determined both parties engaged in a physical altercation over job duties. Rodriguez was re booked into the jail with the additional charge.
