 Victim stated someone broke into her house through a window located in the rear of her house between 1:45pm and 2:30pm. Listed items were taken from the residence. Investigation is on going.

Victim: 54 Year Old Female

Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Block of Paseo Los Pereas in reference to the suspect and victim involved in a physical altercation. Evidence on scene showed suspect battered victim who is an ex-wife. Suspect was booked without incident.

Suspect was at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter to retrieve his animal and it was discovered that he had two bench warrants for his arrest. Suspect was taken to SFCADC without incident.

Location: Residence on Camino Felix, Northern Santa Fe County

Arrested: Andrew Gonzales 28-year-old male from Santa Fe

On 1-9-19 Deputies responded to a domestic violence call at the above location.  The investigation revealed Mr. Gonzales battered and assaulted a household member during a dispute.  he was placed under arrest on scene and resisted Deputies.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Methamphetamine

                 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Ralph Ortiz age: 34

On 01/08/19 the above individual was found to be in possession of a white crystal substance, which is consistent with Methamphetamine, and a syringe. The items were found during a search at the jail. The above individual was booked accordingly.
