Arrested: Christine Baca       Age: 46    Espanola,NM

Deputies located individual after getting reports of an persons laying on the roadway. Subject was located and was found to have an active warrant issued for her arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

0219000943 / Receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle / 1-17-2019

Arrested: Joseph Gutierrez       Age: 53   Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were issued a BOLO for a stolen vehicle in the area. Deputies located the vehicle and the suspect hiding under the home. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Suspect: Martin Gage  50 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop for a stop sign violation. Upon making contact with the driver the deputy detected an odor of alcoholic beverage. Suspect showed clues of impairment and was placed under arrest  and booked accordingly.

0219000925, Speeding, Careless driving, Resisting, Evading or Obtructing an officer, 1-17-2019

Location: State Road 4 MM 67, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Jennifer Gonzales 30 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed speeding traveling 67 mph in a 45 mph zone. Deputy engaged his emergency equipment and attempted to stop the vehicle, which the suspect attempted to evade driving in a careless  manner on the roadway. Deputy located the suspect and arrested her on above charges.

Suspect #1: Lauren Sachs 30 y/o  Santa Fe

Suspect #2: Kevin Christen  27 y/o Espanola

Victim reported suspects were unable to pay their bill after receiving services. Suspect #1 was disorderly and spat on deputies. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported during an escort, suspect spat on victim.  Suspect was re-booked accordingly

Commander Entering: Lt. Michael Martinez

Location: Cerrillos Road / Airport Road  Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Ricky Archuleta       Age:33     Santa Fe, NM

Deputy observed Archuleta commit a traffic violation and initiated a traffic stop. Upon contacting the driver, it was discovered Archuleta was driving while his license was revoked with the arrest clause. Archuleta also had an active warrant issued for his arrest. Archuleta was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Alberto Martinez   50 yoa    Albuquerque NM

 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 75mph in a 55 mph zone on State Road 14 mile post 42. It was discovered the driver had a revoked interlock license but no interlock installed in the vehicle and the demonstration permit was for another vehicle. The driver was arrested without incident.  

Case # 0219000848 /Aggravated. Auto burglary, Larceny, Criminal damaged to property, 1-15-2019

Location: Old Buckman Road, Santa Fe, NM

Items stolen: AR 15 valued at $595.00

Victim reported sometime on 1-6-2019, unknown suspected gained unlawful entry by prying the driver window door open and stole the above mentioned item. Case is under investigation.

Suspect was served with a bench warrant for failure to appear at Taos Magistrate Court. Suspect was rebooked.
