0219000143 Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon 1/3/19

Location: Eldorado

On Thursday, January 3, 2019, at approximately 9:38PM, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an assault in progress. Victim reported that suspect attempted to stab him with a pocket knife. Witness on scene confirmed that suspect attempted to stab the victim. Suspect was arrested and booked into ADC accordingly.

0219000141 Possession Of A Controlled Sub: Heroin

Location: Santa Fe ADC

Suspect was found in possession of Heroin while at the jail.  He charged accordingly and rebooked on the new charges.

Location: Cities of Gold Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Lucas Culin, 36, Ojo Caliente, NM

On Thursday, January 3, 2019 at approximately 8:00pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a male who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and had 3 outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was for Battery Against a Household Member and Assault Against a Household Member. The second warrant was for DWI. The third warrant was for 2 counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, January 3, 2018 at approximately 8:27pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was for the original charges of Driving without Insurance and Registration Upon Demand. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

0219000114-Burglary-Larceny-Criminal Damage to Property-01/3/18

Location: 100 Block of Taylor Loop

 An unknown person or persons gained unlawful entry into a model mobile home by stacking cinder blocks to break a window and climb through it. Once inside, the person or persons removed a dining room table and 4 chairs . The model home was fully furnished (including glasses and dishes) but no other items were taken. Tire and shoes impressions were at the scene, but due to recent snow the tread patterns were not visible. Suspects are pending.

Location: W. Old Agua Fria Rd

Victim: 95 Year Old Female

Deputies responded to the listed address in reference to a 95 year old female not conscious not breathing.  Investigation revealed the female passed away due to natural causes.  There was no signs of foul play.

Location: Camino De Quintana

Family reported their 16 year old daughter ran away from home.  Female is 5'1" 130 lbs last seen wearing black boots and dark blue Hollister Hoodie.  Case is under investigation.
