On Friday, September 21, 2018 victim reported that sometime between September 10, 2018 and September 21, 2018 an unknown suspect(s) removed a UPS package from the front of location. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Derek Hunt, 29, Santa Fe, NM
On Friday, September 21, 2018 at approximately 3:56pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a male with an outstanding warrant. Contact was made with the suspect and the arrest warrant was confirmed. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The warrant was for an original charge of Battery Against a Household Member.

Victim reported sometime last night around 10pm and todays date (9-21-18) around 8am, unknown suspect(s) damaged to driver window to gain unlawful entry into the vehicle. Victim stated he believed nothing was stolen at this time. Case is under investigation.

Victim advised unknown suspects gained forced entry into her vehicle sometime during the night hours of September 19, 2018. Suspects stole the listed items and then used one of the victim's credit cards. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported sometime during the night of September 18th, unknown suspects attempted to steal several passenger vans. There was heavy damage to the steering column and ignitions. Case is under investigation.

On Wednesday, September 19th 2018 at 9:48 pm, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a verbal domestic. Contact was made with the victim and she advised the suspect was being aggressive towards her and was screaming in her face, which caused her to be in fear. Several witnesses were also interviewed and they said they were scared for the victim, due to the suspect’s behavior. All involved persons said the argument was verbal and nothing physical occurred. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at approximately 6:42pm, victim reported to Deputy that on Monday, September 17, 2018 an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed several power tools, and his wallet containing cash and credit cards. Investigation is ongoing.
