Suspect: Mariah Martinez, 27, Chimayo, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin, Cocaine; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Correction Officers conducting a unit check and observed suspicious activity with the above suspect.  Drug paraphernalia was located where suspect was sitting.  During the Investigation, correction officers conducted a strip search and located paraphernalia, heroin and cocaine on suspects person.
