Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release on the original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Shoplifting, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

The warrant was for the charges of Battery Against a Household Member and Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
