On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 5:00pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate, who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect had an arrest warrant for DWI. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 4:30pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Male, 80, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: 2000 white Toyota Pickup
On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 6:20pm, deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. A subject, not known to the victim took the vehicle from the location without the victim's permission. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

Door to residence and door to an rv trailer were found unsecured. Reporting Party arrived and found nothing missing from the residence or from the rv. Case is under investigation.

While incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, suspect was served Bench Warrant for failure to comply from Santa Fe Magistrate Court.

Victim reported she was alerted by Lifelock an unknown suspect attempted to open a Capital One credit card in her name. Case is under investigation.

Location: US 84/285 Mp 172
Suspect: Randy Branch
Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an aggravated assault during a road rage incident. Victim reported suspect flashed a handgun at him while driving on US 84/285. Deputy Miller located the suspect vehicle on CR 73 and followed it onto US 84/285 where a traffic stop was attempted. Vehicle refused to come to a stop and a pursuit was initiated. Shortly into the pursuit the suspect fired two shots from his vehicle at Deputy Miller. Deputies lost sight of the vehicle and the pursuit was terminated. Suspect is still outstanding. Case is under investigation.

Location: US 84/285 MP 170 (Tesuque)
Suspect: Ivan Vigil
A traffic stop was conducted for speeding on the listed suspect. The driver identified himself by name and date of birth. While waitinf for the DMV return the suspect drove away from the traffic stop. The vehicle was pursued for a short time then canceled due to public safety. An arrest warrant was drafted and approved for the listed charges. Suspect is still outstanding.

Location: Pojoaque
On Tuesday May 8th, 2018, Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police with a possible intoxicated driver. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and had a BrAC of more than twice over the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Suspect: C. Duran Age 28
Victim: 34 yr old Female
Location: County Road 84B
Deputies responded to SF County Road 84B for a report of an after the fact domestic. Contact was made with the victim and she advised around 9:00 pm on 05-08-2018, the suspect battered her. The victim said she left the residence on foot and the suspect later picked her up and took her to the Cities of Gold Casino. At the casino, the victim was retrieving a piece of luggage from the vehicle when the suspect intentionally sped away and ran over her foot. The suspect then fled from the scene. A warrant was drafted and later approved by a Magistrate Court Judge. This incident is currantly under investigation.
