Person Arrested: Ricky Ayon, 38 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the La Bajada rest area on I-25 regarding an investigation.  During the course of the investigation, the above mentioned male subject was found to be in possession of narcotics.  The male subject was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged and booked without incident.

Suspect was found in her cell at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center with a white powdery substance. Substance was field tested and tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was rebooked.

Stolen: Misc. jewelry valued at $56,000

On 12-20-17 the victim reported someone has stole over $56,000 worth of jewelry from their residence between July 2017 and December 2017.

Missing person: Mike Mezzanatto, 56-year-old male from Santa fe N.M.

Description: 6' tall 180lbs, salt and pepper hair

Vehicle: 2008 silver Nissan frontier with a cracked front windshiled

On 12-20-17 Mr. Mezzanatto's wife reported him missing.  She stated he left for work this morning but never showed up and nobody has been able to contact him since.

Arrested: Max Quintana, 37-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-20-17 jail staff located several strips of Suboxone on inmate Max Quintana.

Items Taken: 1 mail box key and the center counsel plastic trey

On 12/19/17 between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into victims vehicle.  Above listed items was stolen from the vehicle.  This incident is under investigation.

Arrested: Waylon Rosetta 31 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute. Contact was made with the suspect who stated he and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument at which time it escalated to a physical altercation. Evidence obtained showed the suspect Waylon Rosetta was the aggressor. Waylon was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On December 18, 2017 deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle.  It was learned the arrestee had a warrant for her arrest for failure to comply on the original charge of DWI.  Suspect was arrested and booked.
