Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, 2 counts of Assault Against a Household Member

On 12-16-17 Deputies were dispatched to the residence on Pam Y Eutilia in Santa Fe County in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival it was learned a Domestic Dispute occurred between the above listed individual and two of his family members. During the investigation, information was obtained that the above listed person battered his family member during the argument. It was further learned the family members involved locked themselves in a bedroom to avoid being further assaulted by the above listed person. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Charges: Two Santa Fe County Magistrate Court Warrants-both warrants were for failing to appear at time and place ordered by the court. Each warrant was for Domestic Violence

On 12-16-17 Deputies came in contact with the above individual while investigating a Domestic Dispute at the above location. The individual was found to have two active bench warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On Friday, December 15, 2017, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim reported someone forcefully opened his front door and stole the above listed items from within the residence.  There was a male seen leaving the area with a backpack, but deputies were unable to make contact with him.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications

On Thursday, December 14, 2017 at approximately 8:51pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, victim attempted to call 911 and the suspect took the phone from the victim. Suspect then battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Location: State Road 76 MM 4 (La Puebla Area)

A traffic stop was conducted on suspects vehicle for an equipment violation. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He had a breath alcohol content of twice of the legal limit of .08.  The vehicle was seized due to prior DWIs listed on his driving record.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Location: East Frontage Road and State Road 599

A traffic stop was conducted after above listed suspect was found in her vehicle, stopped in the middle of an intersection.  She displayed signs of impairment and was arrested.  She had a breath alcohol content of more than twice of the legal limit of .08. She was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Above listed suspect was had two outstanding arrested warrants.  original charges are (0217018797) unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and for(021718796) Resisting Evading, Reckless driving, and assault on a peace officer w/ a deadly weapon. He was rebooked into ADC.

Person Arrested: Karla A. Avila, 20 year old female subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino in reference to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned female.  Upon conclusion of an investigation, she was taken into custody and  transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where she was charged and booked accordingly.  In addition, it was discovered that the female subject also had multiple outstanding arrest warrants which were served upon arriving to the detention center.

Person Arrested: Adam P. Loretto, 41 year old male subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the above listed male subject for excessive speed.  A DUI investigation was initiated and the driver showed signs of impairment.  The male subject was arrested and his vehicle was seized per Santa Fe Counties vehicle seizure ordinance.
