Victim reported between 10pm on 12-10-2017 and today's date (12-11-2017) around 11am, unknown suspect(s) stole her vehicle from the above location. Vehicle was entered in NCIC. Case is still under investigation.

Above suspect was arrested on an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear in court.  Subject was re-booked accordingly.

Victim reported on December 9, 2017 someone unlawfully entered his vehicle (F-250) by punching out the driver's side lock.  The victim advised the above listed items were stolen but was unsure if it was when he was in Albuquerque or in Santa Fe.  No suspect info at this time.

Arrested: Patrick Serna 61-yrs of age

Charge: Driving on a Revoked License

On 12/10/17 the above individual was observed driving a white Honda Civic hatch back on State Road 502. The vehicle was being operated by the above individual, who has a revoked license. The above listed person was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

Above suspect admitted to Correction Officer to bringing in contraband when previously incarcerated. Suspect then gave 5 orange in color strips to the correction officer in a cookie.  Above suspect was charged and re-booked accordingly.

On 12-09-17 the victim reported sometime during the night someone entered his residence and stole the above currency from his wallet. The incident occurred between 12-08-17 and 12-09-17. No forced entry was found. Suspect information is pending.

Stolen: BLACK FOSSIL WALLET, BROWN MICHAEL KORS PURSE, GYNECOLOGIST BOOK, GREEN CITY BANK CREDIT CARD, WHITE CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD, CASE OF DVDS, AND CHECK BOOK

Value: $700.00

On December 8, 2017 around 10am deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim stated she had lift the above items in her unlocked vehicle overnight (12-07-17 to 12-08-17). Victim stated in the morning when she went out to her car the items were missing from her vehicle. No damage was done to the vehicle. Suspect information is pending.

Between the hours of 2230 on 12/8/17 and 0730 12/9/2017, unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's vehicle. No tire or shoe impressions were located. The victim stated her vehicle was secured last night. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Victim went to the above address to drop off paper work. He left his vehicle unattended and when he returned the passenger side window was broken and a Louis Vuitton Back pack black in color was taken. No suspects at this time.
