On Sunday, December 3, 2017 at approximately 9:30pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Monday, December 4, 2017 at approximately 2:15am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an ambulance assist. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant and was placed under arrest. Original charge on the warrant was for Concealing Identity. Suspect was taken to the Christus St. Vincent Hospital where he was medically cleared, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Cesar Acosta-Ramirez, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday, December 3, 2017 at approximately 2:37am, Deputy responded to location in reference to someone who had resisted police. Suspect was being escorted out of one of the clubs when he pulled away from law enforcement and continued to resist until he was handcuffed. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Male, 67, Dodge City, Kansas
Vehicle: 1994 Black Toyota Tacoma
On Saturday, December 2, 2017 at approximately 9:01pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim advised he had left his vehicle with a friend and the vehicle was no longer there. Vehicle was not located and entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen.

Vehicle: 1998 Blue Chevy Silverado
Suspect: Julian Trujillo, 41, Mendanales, NM
Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding
On Saturday, December 2, 2017 at approximately 9:03pm, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling at a speed 15 to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was the driver. Driver was run through N.C.I.C. and the driver returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Due to the revocation being due to a prior DWI, the vehicle was seized and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Seizure lot under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.

Victim: 58 Year old Male
The victim stated that between 6:30 a.m. on Satuday Nov 2nd and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday Nov 3rd his house was burglarized by unknown suspect(s). The victim did not have an alarm or surveillance. There was forced entry through a bedroom window on the north side of the house.

Suspect: Henry McKeller
Deputy Roybal was close patrolling the area of SR 592 and CR 78 when he observed the listed suspect in the area who had an active warrant for his arrest. Deputy Roybal attempted to apprehend the suspect who fled on foot and was later located and arrested in the area. Search incident to arrest revealed a marijuana smoking pipe in his pocket. Suspect was arrested on the original warrant as well as the listed crimes.

Suspect: Male unknown age height or weight wearing a black ski mask
Deputies responded to a Burglary at above location. It was learned that suspect broke the front glass door while a juvenile was at home. Suspect left the area when confronted by the juvenile who threw a Christmas ornament from the Christmas Tree at the suspect. Suspect took the IPhone from the kitchen area.

Male was reported missing by his mother on listed date. Missing male was last seen on Entrada De Milagro on December 1, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Surrounding areas were checked and the male was not located. Case is under investigation.
