0217018078 Warrant Service 12/1/17

Incident Location: 17486 US 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Arrestee: Eugene Lovato  Age: 43

On December 1, 2017, Deputies received an anonymous tip that the above suspect was at the above location and had an active warrant.  Deputies made contact with suspect and placed him under arrest.

Incident Location: I-25 MM 271

Suspect: Kyle Smith  Age: 35

On December 1, 2017 deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above suspect's vehicle.  Deputies observed a small child in the back seat of the vehicle.  Deputies smelled an odor of an intoxicating liquor on the suspect and conducted a DUI investigation.  Suspect refused to conduct SFST's but submitted to a breath test.  Suspect blew a .21, .20 BrAC and was booked accordingly.

Deputies were alerted to above suspect who was wanted on an Outstanding District Court Warrant. Suspect was taken into custody and booked at SFCADC.

0217018066 BRINGING CONTRABAND INTO A JAIL x2 12/1/17

Suspect: J. Baca 28yrs

location: Santa Fe County ADC

On todays date Suspect was found with two small bags containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and several blue pills "U27" inscribed on them. The pills are believed to be "Dextroamphetamine".  The suspect admitted to knowing and willing bringing those items into the jail. She was rebooked on these new charges. This investigation in on going.

0217018058 Child Abuse/AGG DWI 12/1/17

Suspect: K. Smith 35yrs

Location: 271 Mile Marker of I 25

On today's date deputies conducted a traffic stop on above listed suspect for reckless driving.  The suspect was found to be impaired and was arrested. With him in the vehicle was a 6 year old child.  Suspect submitted to a breath test and had an breath alcohol content of more then twice the legal limit.  He was booked into the SFCADC and the vehicle was seized. 

0217018026 / Battery against a household member / 12-01-17

Deputy assigned: A. Lopez

Location: Residence on North Paseo De Angel

Arrested: Adriana Ortega, 40-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-01-17 The defendant battered a household member during an altercation.  She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Person Arrested: Wyatt Palmer 23 year old male

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to a report of a Domestic Disturbance.  Upon arrival and further investigation, it was determined the above mentioned male subject battered his girlfriend.  The male subject was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked without incident.

 

Case#:0217017993, Aggravated Driving Under The Influence, 11/30/17

Person Arrested: Robert Armijo, 33 year old male

Incident Location: Mesa Road (Turquoise Trail)

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the driver of said vehicle.  A DWI investigation was conducted and the driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment.  The male subject was arrested and taken to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.  The vehicle was also seized per Santa Fe County's vehicle seizure ordinance. 

 

0217017985 Burglary 11/30/17

Incident Location: 6 Camino Chupadero, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Items Stolen: Firearms, Jewelry, Cameras, Computer Equipment, and a Chainsaw.

On November 30, 2017, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked door and stole the aforementioned items.

No suspect info at this time.
