Location: Alteza (Eldorado)

Items stolen: black 2008 Mercedes, several jewelry boxes of custom and costume high dollar jewelry and a Mac Book Pro laptop.

Sometime between 5:30am and 7:00PM, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the building and stole the above mentioned items. Case is currently under investigation.  The vehicle stolen was entered into NCIC.

Stolen: 4 Avaya land line phones valued at $1628.00

Sometime between 11-28-17 around 5pm and 11-29-2017 around 8am, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the building and stole the above mentioned items. Case is currently under investigation.

0217018271 Driving While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liqour or Drugs 12/5/17

Location: I25 mile marker 269

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the listed location. Contact was made with the driver involved. Signs of impairment were displayed and sobriety tests were given. Driver was arrested and taken to jail after a blood draw was administered.

Subject was served with an active warrant while incarcerated at the jail.

A Co worker went to check  on victim he had not shown for work. Victim was found deceased. No signs of foul play.

 

 

 

0217018259 Escape from a community custody release program 12/5/17

Suspect/ Arrested: A. Tinoco 32Yrs old

Location: Santa Fe County ADC

Deputies were dispatched to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect attempted to flee from electronic monitoring and later was found to have had suboxone on his person. He was booked on these new charges.  This investigation is ongoing.

0217018220 / Driving while license revoked, Speeding / 12-04-17

Arrested: Adrian Sanchez, 22-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-04-17 a traffic stop was conducted on a white Mazda 3 for speeding at the above location.  The driver, Mr. Sanchez was found to be driving while his license was revoked.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: US 84/285 Mile Marker 168, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Andy Olivas, 41, Espanola, NM

Vehicle: 2004 white Subaru Outback

On Monday, December 4, 2017 at approximately 11:11pm, a traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for no tail lamps. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, who returned with two active arrest warrants out of N.C.I.C. Dispatch confirmed the warrants and the suspect was placed under arrest. One warrant was out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charges of Driving While License Suspended, Expired Registration of a Motor Vehicle, No Proof of Insurance, No Seat Belts, and Failure to Notify Motor Vehicle Division of Change of Address or Name. The second warrant was out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charges of No Driver's License and No Proof of Insurance. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

On Monday, December 4, 2017 at 9:26pm, Deputy served an outstanding arrest warrant on the suspect. Suspect was an inmate at location and had a warrant for his arrest for a Grand Jury Indictment for charges of Trafficking X 2, Concealing Identity, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and No Driver's License. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported unknown persons entered his unlocked residence and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.
