On Monday October 23, 2017, at approximately 1:13 pm, I was dispatched to the above location in refernce to a larceny. upon arrival victim advised between the hours of 11:30 am and 1:00 pm his survey equipment was taken from the above location. Victim advised he is employed with a survey company and will place the equipment throughout different locations. Victim advised he did not see anyone in the area after placing the equipment.

Deputy was dispatched to ADC in reference to a battery. The victim reported he was jumped by multiple inmates last night (10/22/17). The facility video recording showed victim was attacked by the suspect only. The suspect admitted to battering the victim with his hands after being read his Miranda Rights. The suspect was re-booked on the above charge.

On Sunday, October 22, 2017 at approximately 8:56pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a traffic stop conducted by BIA with a non-tribal member, driver showed signs of impairment. Deputy made contact with the driver who showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples of .08 or above. There was a seven year old child in the vehicle and was taken into CYFD custody. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, October 22, 2017 at approximately 11:56pm, deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a 911 hangup. Upon arrival deputy made contact with the above vehicle with the suspect in the driver seat. Suspect had left the calling party behind and returned shortly after. Suspect admitting to drinking prior to driving and advised he was trying to get home. Suspect showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act Advisory. Suspect agreed to submit to a breath test and provided two breath samples that were .16 or higher. Suspect did not have any prior DWIs and the vehicle was not seized. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, October 21, 2017 at approximately 9:50pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was unconscious and not breathing. Medics attempted life-saving procedures but were not able to revive him. The Office of the Medical Investigator was called to the scene. there were no signs of foul play at the scene. Cause of death appears to be natural causes.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driver Must be Licensed
On Saturday, October 21, 2017 at approximately 7:59pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a traffic stop conducted by another deputy for failing to maintain lanes. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, who showed signs of impairment. Deputy was called to the scene to conduct a DWI investigation. Deputy made contact with the driver, who displayed signs of impairment. Suspect could not complete the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to provide a breath test. Suspect provided only one breath sample that was 0.16 or greater. Suspect also did not possess a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Vehicle was not seized due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported some time between 10/15 and 10/21 unknown suspects gained forced entry into the residence and stole the above listed items. An exterior door was damaged during the incident. Case is under investigation.

On the above stated date House Sitter reported that someone broke into a house that he is responsible for watching was broke into between 4pm on 10/19/17 and 430pm on 10/20/17. He advised the home owners live in New York. The owner was spoken to via telephone and advised there was a black 32in sony flat screen in the casita which was valued at $300. Victim stated her and her husband will be returning to Santa Fe in November and will go thru the house to see what else was stolen.
