Case#: 0217015720, Resisiting, Evading Obstructing an Officer, 10/19/17

Incident Location: Dinkle Road (Edgewood Area)

Person Arrested: Frank Gurrera, 40 yr old male

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to a report of a Domestic Disturbance.  Upon their arrival, the above mentioned male subject became aggressive and uncooperative with Deputies.  The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked without incident.

Arrested: Alejandro Guzman       Age: 21     Santa Fe,NM

The listed suspect was stopped by Deputies after they observed a traffic violation. Upon contact, the suspect was found to have had an active warrant. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between the hours of 8:00pm on October 18, 2017 and 5:00 pm on October 19, 2017 unknown persons entered his vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Incident Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Jared Rivera, 37 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Above subject was arrested at the above location on an active bench warrant out of Pueblo of Pojoaque Tribal Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Subject was re-booked and charged accordingly.

Incident Location: Agua Fria & Siler Lane

Person Arrested: Matthew Blazina, 39 year old male subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies initiated a traffic stop for observed violations.  During the course of the stop, it was discovered the driver had an active arrest warrant out of the City of Santa Fe Police for Battery Against a Household Member and Criminal Damage to Property.  The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center without incident.

Incident Location: Valle Vista Subdivision

Person Arrested: Richard Cadena, 44 year old male subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies made contact with the above mentioned male subject during a follow up investigation.  During the course of the follow up investigation, it was discovered that the male subject had an active arrest warrant for Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Battery Against a household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member and Interference with Communications.  The subject was booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident. 

Case#: 0217015642, Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, 10/18/17

Incident Location:  Camino Bajo (NM Hwy 14)

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a report of a Auto Burglary.  Upon further investigation the victim alleged that he observed a male subject enter his unlocked truck and remove the keys to the vehicle.  The victim advised the male subject then left the area on foot. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Andres Lopez 35

On October 18, 2017, Deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to a report of a Narcotics Violation.  Upon arrival and investigation, the above mentioned individual was found to be in possession of a black "Tar like" substance during the booking process.  The male subject was charged and booked without incident.

On 10-18-17 the victim reported, he had a check stolen from his mail box and it was cashed. The cluster mail box was broken into on 10-11-17 and the report was taken by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office. The check was cashed at a local bank. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location: Las Caballeras- Santa Fe

Stolen: Radio Detection 8000 (Detection System)

Value: $3,000.00

On 10-18-17 the victim reported an employee was utilizing the above equipment at the above location on 10-17-17. The employee left for about 20 minutes and returned to find the item stolen. The victim was notified by the employee on 10-17-17 at 3:30pm of the stolen item. Suspect information is pending at this time.
