Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Bringing Contraband Into Places of Imprisonment; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Thursday, March 30, 2017 at approximately 12:48am, Deputy observed vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign near location. Vehicle then began to speed in the area. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving the vehicle. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with an active arrest warrant. Suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect was asked several times if he had anything that he should not have in his possession, such as drugs and the suspect advised he did not. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. While suspect was being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention Facility, he was found in his possession Suboxone and Heroin. Suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Suspect was issued traffic citations for the traffic violations and was issued a copy of the warrant. The vehicle was released to a family member.

On 03/29/17 the victim reported he was checking his financial statements. While checking his accounts he found a discrepancy in one of his accounts. There was a large amount of money missing from the account. He was able to determine an unauthorized transaction was made in the amount of $70,000.00. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

Arrested: Garen Coriz (35 years old), Santa Fe, NM
The above listed suspect was served with an active warrant for his arrest for failure to to pay fines out of Santa Fe Magistrate court. Suspect was already incarcerated in the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (ADC)
Suspect: Kathleen Ortiz, 34yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival it was determined inmate Kathleen Ortiz was found to be in possession of Crystal Meth. Inmate Ortiz was re-booked accordingly.

Arrested: Crystal Rodriguez (24 years old)
On March 29, 2107 above named suspect was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant out of Rio Arriba Magistrate court. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Victim allowed her daughter to use her Black in color 2002 Hyundai Accent bearing NM license plate MJA433. When asked to return the vehicle, her daughter refused. Case is under investigation.

Between Sunday March 19, 2017 and March 26, 2017, victim reported that suspect was allowed to stay at the residence, the was asked to leave by family members. When victim returned to her residence, the above listed items were taken. Items totaled $3,907. Case is under investigation.

On the above date the victim reported an unknown person (s) entered the residence and stole the above items. There was no signs of forced entry found. Suspect information is pending.

Between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm on March 25, 2017 victim asked a friend to help move some items. During the move the above listed items were taken. Case is under investigation.

Location- 100 Block of Paseo Encantado
Deputy was dispatched to the above listed residence regarding an alarm call. Upon arrival, deputy noticed that a glass door had been shattered and entry made into the residence. Value of damage is estimated to be $1000. Case is under investigation.
