On Monday, March 27, 2017 at approximately 2:05am, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling on the roadway with no tail lamps. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving the vehicle. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and he returned with a revoked driver's license due to a prior DWI with a 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.

Suspect: Marie Navarro, 57, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: 2012 White Mercedes 350
Charges: DWI, Careless Driving
On Sunday, March 26, 2017 at approximately 2:22am, deputy observed vehicle traveling at a slow rate of speed and failing to maintain it's lane of travel. The vehicle had also been called in as a reckless driver. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving the vehicle. Suspect showed signs of impairment and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Suspect continued to show signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect who agreed to submit to a blood draw. A blood draw was administered at the St. Vincent's Hospital and results are pending. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs.

Victim reported to deputies that unknown persons have been gaining access to family property and removing tress without permission. Case is currently under investigation.

Items stolen / damaged: Auto Parts
On above date Deputy Vigil was dispatched to 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a report of criminal damage to a vehicle. Upon arrival it was found the fuel assembly to a Ford truck was stolen and the fuel and brake lines cut during the larceny. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Delfino Martinez
On above date, Deputy Lopez was dispatched to the above location in reference to a motorcycle crash. Upon arrival it was learned a witness observed the motorcycle at a high rate of speed, lose control and crash into the guardrail. Contact with the driver was made at St. Vincent's Hospital where he admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving the motorcycle. Due to injuries SFST's were not able to be completed. Suspect was issued a summons due to injuries on above charges.

Location: Old Coach Road (Tesuque)
On above date, Deputy Haughney was dispatched to the area of Old Coach Road in reference to a suspicious activity call. Upon arrival it was determined an unknown suspect was observed on surveillance video attempting to gain access into the residence via a sliding glass door. The male is described as a Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and brown work boots. No access was made into the residence and nothing was found missing from the area. Case is under investigation

Location: La Hacienda Loop (Eldorado)

On above listed date, Deputy Jaramillo was dispatched to the area of La Hacienda Loop in reference to a report of criminal damage. Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspects spray painted the hood and fenders of the victim's vehicle sometime between March 21st and todays date. Case is under investigation.

Location: 152 CR 33 (Amtrak Station)
On above date, Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the Amtrak Station in reference to a disorderly female. Upon arrival it was found the female was intoxicated and refused to leave the train. During the incident the female yelled obscenities on the train and hit Deputy Lujan in the legs with a framed painting causing minor injuries. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Suspect: Richard Borrego
On the above listed date, Deputy Latting was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival it was determined inmate Richard Borrego was found to be in possession of suboxone and cocaine. Inmate Borrego was rebooked on two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Arrested: Anthony Manzanares 28 yoa, Espanola, NM
Correction Officers conducted a strip search on the above suspect and found a cellophane bag containing three orange strips. Suspect was re-booked accordingly.
