0217002113- Larceny, Unlawful use of a credit card- 2-13-17

Location- 100 block of Two Horse Trail

Between 10:45 am and 11:15 am on February 13, 2017, suspect took a US Bank Debit card and charged $600.  Case is under investigation.

0217002048/ Fraudulent use of a Credit Card/ 02/12/17

Location: Camino Largo- Santa Fe

Stolen: Verizon Credit Card

Value: $23.78

On 02/12/17 the victim reported her Verizon Credit Card was stolen from her mail box. On 02/02/17 the victim reported see a black four door vehicle looking in her mailbox at about 5:30am. The victim stated she did not realized anything was stolen until the Verizon charge was found on her  statement. The victim also believes a child support check was also stolen at that time. Suspect information is pending.

0217002082/ Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle (Attempted) 02-13-17

Location- 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail- Santa Fe

On 02/13/ 17 the victim reported someone attempted to steal his vehicle from the above location. The victim stated he arrived at the location on 2-12-17 at 8:30pm and went to his vehicle this morning to find an unknown person(s) attempted to steal his vehicle . The vehicle is a black 2008 Ford F350 truck. Damage to the vehicle consisted of damage to the door latch and ignition switch. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location- State Road 599/ Airport Road

Person Arrested- Eugene Purpura 79 yo Albuquerque

A traffic stop was conducted involving the above listed individual.  Upon running the above listed, an active warrant was located for failing to pay fines.  Subject was booked accordingly.

0217001994 – Burglary (Auto) – 02-11-17

Location: Carson Valley Way (Turquoise Trail Subdivision)

Suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched in reference to an auto burglary. The victim stated he noticed a male suspect in his truck and ran down to confront him. The victim stated that the suspect had his backpack. The suspect got his backpack back from the suspect and the suspect then left, walking down the roadway.

The victim stated that the only items that were missing were 9-10 orange soccer cones. The victim also found two wrist watches his vehicle that were not his.

The area was checked but the suspect was not located.

0217001991 – Possession of Controlled Substance – 02-10-17

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Jose Archuleta – 38 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (Suboxone) – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Syringe)

The suspect was observed retrieving an object off of the floor, which fell from his person. A search was conducted and suspected Suboxone and a syringe were located on the inmate.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

0217001989 – DWI – 02-10-17

Location: I-25 at Mile Marker 285 (Hondo Area)

Suspect: Alexander Wolfe – 55 - Rowe, NM

Charges: DWI – Careless Driving – Suspended Driver’s License

Deputy was dispatched for a report of a vehicle that had gone off of the roadway. Upon contact the driver stated that he was texting and lost control of his vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment during the Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested. Breathalyzer test results were .10 and .10

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

 

0217001974 – Aggravated DWI – 02-10-17

Deputy Assigned: J. Talache / B. Lattin

Commander Entering: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: US-84/284 – Frontage Rd – Mile Marker 183 (Pojoaque)

Suspect: Lionel Martinez – 25 - Chimayo, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI – Careless Driving

Deputies were dispatched in reference to a domestic disturbance and the calling party reported that the suspect had left the area driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck. Deputy Lattin was nearly struck by the vehicle as it traveled south on the frontage road. After being stopped the driver admitted to drinking a tallboy of Bud Light and a mini of Bird Dog. During the Field Sobriety Tests the suspect showed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested but refused chemical testing.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

0217001961 – Burglary (Residential) – 02-10-17

Location: Povi Pin Po (Nambe Area)

Suspect: Unknown

Victim reported that sometime between 12:00 and 2:30 someone broke into his home and stole a Sony Bravia 55” television.

0217002021 / Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon / 2-11-17

Deputy Assigned: Joe Vigil

Location: NM 76

Suspect: Marcelino Vigil

On above date, Deputies were dispatched to the area of NM 76 in reference to shots being fired at the victim of this case.  Upon arrival it was determined the victim and suspect became involved in an altercation which led to the suspect firing one shot at the victim with a 20 gauge shotgun.  There were no injuries and the suspect was located and arrested on the above charges.
