On above date I was dispatched to contact the above victim in regards to an embezzlement. Victim stated he hired the above suspect to complete a landscaping job and provided him with the above tools in late November 2016. Victim explained after the job was completed the suspect did not return the tools as agreed. Contact was made with the suspect who explained Mathew was lying and he did not have the items however explained they were dealing with a separate civil issue and he needed to contact his attorney before answering any further questions. Case is under investigation. .

George Sanchez was apprehended on today's date for an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Sanchez was taken into custody without incident and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility. Mr. Sanchez' bond is set at $15,000 cash only.

Person Arrested: Bobby Pacheco, 38 years of age
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area in reference to a male walking in traffic on US 84/285. Upon arrival in the area, Deputies located an intoxicated male subject. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the male subject had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear out of the City of Santa Fe's Municipal Court. The subject was taken into custody without incident.

On the above date deputies was dispatched to ADC. I made contact with the above victim. He stated while escorting the above suspect from the recreation area, the above suspect approached him in an aggressive manner and began to grapple with him. The above victim stated he was taken to the ground and the above suspect placed his arm around his neck and applied pressure. The above victim began giving verbal commands and the above suspect obeyed. The above suspect was placed into handcuffs.
The above suspect was booked on the above charges.

While detention staff was conducting a search of the above listed person, a piece of plastic with a brown tar like substance was found on his person. Field tests showed that it was heroin. Subject was booked accordingly.

On 01/17/17 the above individual was picked up at his residence on a Magistrate Court Warrant charging him with Battery Against a Household Member. The individual was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Mile Marker 174 – Us-84/285
Suspect: Bernardino Jimenez – 59 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI / Reckless Driving
At approximately 02:26am Santa Fe County Dispatch advised deputies of a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of US-84/285 at the 168 mile marker. Deputies proceeded southbound from the Pojoaque area and at the 174 mile marker they encountered the vehicle still traveling northbound in the southbound lanes. The deputies had to turn around and also proceed northbound in the southbound lanes in their attempt to stop the vehicle. One of the deputies moved to get in front of the vehicle and was able to slow the vehicle to a stop.
The suspect showed impairment while performing Field Sobriety Tests and was placed under arrest.
The suspect was given an Intoxilyzer Test with the results being a .19 and an .18 and was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
The suspect’s vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance due to prior DWI’s

Suspect: Amanda Vigil, 34, Santa Fe, NM
On Monday, January 16, 2016 at approximately 10:15pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. During an argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
